The interior was quite dusty and dilapidated due to being in disrepair for who knows how long. The walls were adorned with children's drawings, but some were left looking a bit creepy due to pieces being torn off. Reminds me of a pizzeria I visited, but that was in another universe.

The next room seemed to be the daycare as there were toys and kiddie fences, and the floor was covered in matting. Ok, this place definitely gives me the creeps. There was a stuffed toy that had long limbs. A closer inspection showed that it was covered with blue fur? It had red lips curved into a smile, and one of its hands was raised as if signifying a hi-5. Placing it back down, I moved on to the next room.

The next room was a hallway that branched to three areas. To the left was the kitchen, while on the right was the main dining hall. In the middle was a grand staircase, which led to what I only presumed to be the children's bedroom

Deciding to check the kitchen first, I opened the door and entered, not noticing the small shadow that ran up the stairs. It was a normal kitchen big enough to produce food that would satisfy a lot of children. There was a cupcake-like robot whose eyes seemed to follow me on top of the refrigerator, but other than that, there weren't any other notable things in the kitchen, so I left and went to the dining room.

I opened the door and almost got hit with a plank that fell from the ceiling, but I managed to duck in time. The dining room was straightforward with a long table and seats for the children. There were several posters and drawing on the wall depicting their daily lives. After making sure there weren't any other things of interest, I exited the room.

I made it back to the hallway before climbing up the stairs. Once I was on the second floor, there was a small hatch above me signifying an attic. I tried pulling the rope, but the hatch wouldn't budge.

Oh, well.

Leaving the hatch alone, I proceeded forward and was met with several doors. Opening the first door, I was met with a couple of beds. Opening the other doors, I was met with the same thing. As I approached the final door, there was a marking etched on the wood. It was a pizza.

I opened the door and entered. There was instantly something that made me feel even more uneasy than I already was. Normally, the beds were neat in the other rooms with only blankets and pillow on top of them, this room was different. The first bed was completely covered in old pizza, so much so that mold was now covering the headboard. The second bed was clean, but a marionette was hanging from the headboard. The third and fourth were similar as they were clean and organized, but their was an item placed on top of the bed. A red guitar on the third and a black top hat on the fourth. The fifth one was a complete mess. Claw marks littered the bed as I could see the cotton and string that were once housed inside the mattress. The final bed was at the far back of the ro-

???: Hello?

I stopped and shone my light to the source of the sound, which was the sixth bed. There, I could see a girl with golden locks with a tint of black at the tips. She immediately flinched when she saw the light. She had streak marks from her eye, probably caused by crying.

???: Who are you?

Auri: My name is Aurianna, but you can call me Auri. What about you?

???: Cassidy.

Auri: What a lovely name. What's a kid like you doing here?
