As you, jack, and Grim walked over to the mirror hall, your heart rate jumped when you saw the Heartslabyul duo, they paused in their talking as they spotted you across the hall.

The sight of them, the hesitance in their eyes, the hesitance to approach you, it made you miss the moments where they casually grouped up with you and carried a conversation with them. This felt so awkward, but you missed them, you missed your dickhead friends.

Deuce was the first one to turn away from you three, last time he saw you, Deuce saw a version of you where you were physically so worn out, and it made rage boil and broil inside of him every time his bright eyes landed on Azul, it was bad enough he was part of your problems. You probably didn't want to see him or Ace.

Before he hit the hay, Deuce thought about the look in your eyes, your messy hair and your slumped figure, it made him feel that much worse, he doesn't deserve to see you...

As for Ace, he hid his grief much better than his blue counterpart, avoiding his dorm members and even when any one of them crossed paths, the ginger kept a bright face when inside he felt so much regret.

If he knew that making a deal with Azul would make you bitter towards him and tired because of him, tired of him.

He wouldn't have struck a deal at all.

You tugged on your eye patch that you found in an aid kit back at Savanaclaw, it just covered your blackened eye, just so it doesn't bring in more questions or attention onto you, thats the last thing you really need. So after you adjusted the new accessory appropriately, you took a step forward.

"Where are you going? Aren't you gonna help?" You asked, Grim and Jack turned to you in slight bewilderment, they weren't really expecting you to be forgiving to the point you'd let them in on their own rescue mission, but after that talk with Leona and the affirming words of Riddle. You trusted your judgement of trusting these two again.

The little anemones perked up at your question, the two turned back, with wide eyes, but eventually they beamed and walked over to you, the closing gap elicited a smile from you too, feeling the two engulf you into a group hug, you three shared a fuzzy moment.

Grim looked at the happy moment before joining in on it too, making Ace sputter out an annoyed comment at your roomie, all of you shared a moment, Jack stood off to the side and just observed, he was glad to see all of you come back together, especially with these rough past few days.

The moment was very heartwarming, seeing Deuce spew out an endless list of apologies as Ace only squeezed you into his arms a little tighter, giving Deuce weary looks for his over apologetic behavior, you just laughed and calmed the blue haired boy down, smoothening out this bump in the road for your friendship.

But not once did you ever see Yuu, it made you worry slightly, you knew he'd be working with Azul, but these guys were on break, wouldn't that mean the same for him too? Well either way, you bit your lip and pushed away your worry, time was money as he said.

Once all was patched up between you and the Adeuce duo, much to their relief, Grim was on your shoulder, all of you standing in front of a mirror, you already explained the rules of the deal to them, the glowing green potion in your hands.
