You and Chris had been enjoying a private pregnancy- until now.

You and Chris were somewhat private people. Chris had learned from his previous relationship and you had a "normal" job as graphic designer. It was how you and Chris met, being called on to do some work with him, when that finished he asked you out for a drink and you couldn't resist that cheeky smile. You were scared about attracting the wrong type of attention and being accused of using connections to get work and he was scared of having to explain all over again that he was single if it didn't work out. Both of you would never let that happen however.

One year to the day after your first date and he popped the question, your engagement announcement was announced on Social Media to some confusion as you had only ever appeared on Chris's Instagram twice before and had never appeared on camera. Most people appreciated the private nature of your relationship but some people were a little bit miffed.

You decided to get married in Jersey in the hope it would be less likely to leak and you were right, photos only appeared the day after the event although ArthurTV and Harry Lewis had both almost slipped up on camera.

When those two lines came up on that test it was a no brainer to both of you that your pregnancy was going to be kept under wraps, that was until that fateful day.

"Don't be mad okay, but there's something I need to show you," Chris cried apologetically. You looked up from you book of baby names eyes furrowed slightly as you looked around the room to Arthur and George to see if they had any idea what was going on, sadly it looked like George at least had an inkling.

"Go on..." You eventually spoke placing a hand on your belly, the countdown to the big day was now in weeks instead of months and no you still didn't have names.

"I don't know how I didn't notice at the time but look..." Chris replied handing you his phone. You didn't need to see anything else your stomach dropped when, on Reddit was a photo of you and Chris earlier that day exciting from the tube, bump on full display for everyone to see.

"Maybe it's not as bad as you think, maybe people will think you're just bloated?" Arthur, oh sweet little Arthur tried to cheer you up but he was just saying the wrong thing.

"Arthur, I'm almost eight months pregnant with twins there is no way people will think this is anything but a baby bump," you replied. Your voice was a little stern but you weren't shouting, it wasn't Arthurs fault.

"Are there any comments?" George asked as he peered over your shoulder.

"Three hundred and fifty seven," you sighed handing Chris back his phone, you didn't want to read them.

"What did you want to do?" Chris asked finally walking round the side of the sofa and sitting next to you, you rested your head on his shoulder before sighing again.

"There's only one thing we can do," you replied looking at him, he kissed your head gently and nodded, understanding what you both had to do.

"Are you sure?" Chris asked you for the tenth time and you nodded. You had both taken a photo of you and him, you're standing sideways on, hand on your belly while Chris is next to you pointing at out, both with opened mouthed smiles.

"Let's do it," you replied knowing the truth was already out there, you still weren't going to give details so you were keeping things as private as you could in the circumstances.

Chris read out the caption to you one more time.

"The secret is out, we're about to become parents soon so might be going quite for a bit, we would ask for some space and privacy as we navigate parenthood for the first time."

"Perfect," you smiled as he nodded and pressed the button.

"I can't wait for their reaction when we announce the twins," Chris smiled. You giggled a response and placed your arms around him.

"I love you."

"I love you too."
