The air in Class 1-A was buzzing with anticipation and excitement. The upcoming Grand Sports Festival was on everyone's mind and the students couldn't stop talking about it. It was the event of the year, a chance for them to prove their abilities and gain recognition from pro heroes and agencies.

Hanmo was at the center of a lively discussion. "I heard they've added some new events this year to make the competition even tougher. It's going to be a real test of our skills!"

"Yeah, and it's a perfect opportunity to show how much we've improved," James added, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "I've been training non-stop for this."

"Same here," Mizu said with determination. "I can't wait to show everyone what I can do."

As the students chatted eagerly, their conversations often drifted to memories of the previous year and the war against the Paranormal Liberation Front. That harrowing experience had brought students from all the hero schools closer together, forging bonds of camaraderie and respect. Shortly thereafter the schools all banded together and decided to completely redo the traditional U.A Sports Festival, renaming it to the Grand Sports Festival - an event where each hero school in the country all come together to showcase everyone's unique abilities.

"Remember how the former Class 1-A fought alongside the students from Shiketsu and Ketsubutsu?" Satsuki asked, her tone reflective. "They all came together when it mattered the most."

"Yeah, it was amazing," Tokabashi agreed. "I never thought that I'd see the day where everyone could come together and help each other out, but it really showed how strong we are when we unite."

"Seeing that happen on live television taught me the importance of cooperation and trust," Kaika added. "This Sports Festival will be a great way to celebrate that unity and continue on the tradition."

In the midst of the excitement, Katsuma, Eri, Kota, and Rozū remained silent. The buzz of their classmates' conversations contrasted sharply with their own inner turmoil. Eri in particular was having a hard time. The fear of Chisaki's escape still lingered in her mind, causing her anxiety to spike every time his name was mentioned.

Kota noticed Eri's quiet demeanor and approached her with a gentle smile. "Hey, Eri. Are you excited about the Sports Festival?"

Eri forced a small smile, trying to appear more enthusiastic than she felt. "Yeah, I guess so. It's just... a lot to think about."

Kota nodded, understanding her feelings. "I know things have been tough lately, but remember I'm here for you. If you need anything, just let me know."

Eri nodded, grateful for his support. As the group continued chatting, Shinsou entered the classroom ready to start the day's lesson. The students quickly settled down, eager to hear what he had planned for them.

"Good morning, everyone," Shinsou began, his gaze sweeping over the class. "I know you're all excited about the Sports Festival but we still have things to focus on, such as...hero names."

"Hero names?" Kaika asked, her curiosity piqued.

Shinsou nodded, a slight smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. "Yes, hero names. These are more than just nicknames or titles. A hero name represents your identity as a hero. It's the name you'll be known by in the public eye, the name that will inspire hope and trust in the people you save. It's also a reflection of your quirk, your personality, and your values."

The class listened intently, the room filled with a mixture of excitement and contemplation.

Shinsou continued, "Choosing a hero name is a significant step in your journey to becoming pro heroes. It's a way to establish your unique identity in the hero community. A well-chosen name can convey strength, reliability, and confidence. It can also help people remember you and your deeds."
