You were observing Woozi making edits to a song when someone knocked on the studio door. Wonwoo opened it a few seconds later.

"Hey, we ordered lunch if you wanna join us."

"Sure!" You were excited to meet the rest of Seventeen. You had seen some of the other members in passing, but had yet to be properly introduced. The fangirl in you was resurfacing.

You and Woozi followed Wonwoo back to one of the practice rooms. Wonwoo disappeared to help Seungcheol and the staff with the takeout. The performance unit had been choreographing a new dance for their upcoming comeback. Dino and Jun were still practicing, running through different moves and making notes. Everyone else was waiting on a couch that was tucked into the corner of the room.

You had to hold back from squealing out loud when you saw all of the members in one room. You had seen them in concert but only from the nosebleed seats. Never this close. They were even prettier in person.

Woozi smiled, laughing a bit, at the look of awe that passed over you.

"Starstruck?" He asked.

"Just a little."

"They won't bite I promise." Woozi grabbed your hand, pulling you with him. "Come on. I'll introduce you to everyone."

Woozi guided you towards some of the members who were sitting on the couch. "Guys, this is the new producer I'm working with."

Hoshi raised his eyebrows, giving Woozi a look. Woozi gave him a nod back. You were too overwhelmed by meeting all of the other members to notice their silent conversation.

Seungkwan's eyes lit up. "You're the one Woozi won't shut up about!"

"He what?" You turned to look at Woozi who was shooting Seungkwan a death glare.

Vernon elbowed Seungkwan who looked confused.

"What? Was that supposed to be a secret or something?" Seungkwan held his hands up in surrender. "Sorry, it's just all he's talked about this week."

"He's exaggerating," Woozi said. "I just mentioned that you were helping me with that song."

"Oh. Okay," you replied, not sure who to believe.

Seungkwan opened his mouth to speak, but Woozi narrowed his eyes as if daring him to say something. For a second it seemed like he was going to keep quiet, but his impulsivity won over.

"Seungcheol has been talking a lot about you too." Vernon elbowed Seungkwan again. "Oh come on! Now that's hardly a secret. And I'm not exaggerating either. Just yesterday he was talking about how he wants to work with you on a song."

You gasped. "Really? That would be my dream."

"You should talk to him about it."

"I would love to!" Your eyes sparkled. Your mind buzzed with ideas.

"You're my assistant though. Not his."

Woozi's voice cut through your brainstorming, bringing you back to the conversation.

"I'm not your assistant. I'm a producer who is shadowing you," you corrected.

Woozi shrugged. "Same difference."

You scoffed. "Well it's not like you want my help anyways."

Woozi mumbled something you couldn't quite catch.

Joshua cleared his throat, cutting through the tension. "So, how do you like it here at Pledis?"

It was unnerving just how intently everyone was staring at you. Your mind was still playing the whole conversation back on a loop.

You're the one Woozi won't shut up about.

You're my assistant. Not his.

"Oh, umm, I really like it here," you answered nervously, picking at a loose string on your shirt.

"How do you like working with Woozi? He hardly ever lets us in his studio. What's it like in there?" Seungkwan asked. Seungkwan was ready this time and dodged Vernon.

You laughed at their antics. "He's a great teacher. I was really excited when I heard I was going to be working with him. I've been following you guys since before your debut."

"So who's your favorite?" Dino asked.

"Ten bucks says it's Woozi," DK whispered.

"It's obviously Seungcheol," Mingyu whispered back. "They've been hanging out so much lately. How can it not be him?"

Woozi frowned.

You blushed, hiding your reddening face behind your hands. "Umm..."

"Food's here!" Wonwoo shouted.

Luckily, the boys' attention immediately shifted to the food. You sighed in relief, happy to be out of the spotlight.

The boys slowly filtered out of the practice room, but you stayed behind to help Seungcheol clean up. Woozi left without a backward glance.

"I hope they didn't scare you too much. I know we can be a lot."

You shook your head. "They were great."

"How are things with Woozi?""I think we're making progress. He let me sit in on a session the other day."

"Really? That's great! See, I knew he would come around eventually." You held the garbage bag open as Seungcheol tossed away a few stray napkins and utensils.

You bit your lip, trying to figure out how to bring up working on a song together. But the moment passed before you could work up the courage. Seungcheol bagged up the last of the trash.

You vowed to ask him later.
