Sonic POV

It's a secret only Shadow knows. Something I should've told them years ago.

Shadow isn't the only Ultimate Lifeform, I am too. And I'm more than twice as strong as him.

I was created to protect people while Shadow was created to cure Maria.

Together, we're unstoppable. And when we met Silver, we were even more.

Me, Tails and Knuckles are Team Sonic, protectors of Mobius, Shadow, Rouge and Omega are Team Dark, best agents of GUN, Vector, Espio and Charmy are The Chaotix, Detectives.

Together, we're Sonic Heroes.

We've worked together multiple times over the years. From as low as Metal Sonic to as high as Infinite.

Me and Shadow had been dating for the last six years and everyone was surprised when we started. They just don't know how long we've known each other.

When we lived on the ARK we were dating but after the GUN accident we didn't see each other for 50 years and Shadow forgot me.

After a while he started to remember and when he did, we got back together.

NORMAL P.O.V.

They were at Sonic's right now.

"I think we should tell them." Shadow said.

"Why?" Sonic asked.

"They've known you for years and you haven't aged a day like me. They're gonna start wondering why you look eighteen." he said and she sighed.

"Fine. But we need to think of something." she said and he smirked.

"I might have an idea." he said and she looked at him curious while he smirked.

The next day they were all at Sonic's while Shadow and Sonic were standing there holding microphones.

"OK guys, I hope you enjoy this." Sonic said and looked at Shadow.

Hey, I was doing just fine before I met you

Shadow and Sonic thought about the day they were created together.

Abraham was playing with Maria when he approached a door to Gerald's lab, where he saw Gerald and Black Doom talking near Sonic and Shadow's pods.

He watched their pods rise up and inside, they open their eyes, leaving Abraham horrified.

I drink too much and that's an issue, but I'm okay " Shadow sang and shrugged.

Hey, you tell your friends it was nice to meet them

Sonic thought about when she met Tails and Knuckles.

At a beach, Tails discovered the Tornado parked there and climbed inside the cockpit.

"Wow, this plane looks pretty fast! But I bet I can make it even faster." he said and started tweaking the Tornado and even repainting it while Sonic stood behind him.

"What do you think you're doing?" Sonic asked and he turned around.

"Sorry, but when I see a machine, I can't help myself. I hope you don't mind I changed the engine to make it faster."

"Hm. I like what you did with the color, too." she said and he chuckled.

"Come and see what else I did."

"So... You've been following me around all morning just to check out my airplane? Or is there something else you want?"

"Well, you see, I like to build and repair stuff. So they all make fun of me. You looked cool, so I followed you, and when I found your plane, I figured I could fix it up and we could be friends! ...If you want to."
