Narrator pov

After the gang was out of the forest, they saw a town which they assume was Oldale Town.

Juliana pov

"So this is Oldale Town?" Nemona asks in amazement.

"This is it" Florian nodded.

"Hey, where's the pokemon center?" Penny asks.

"It's right over there"

The pokemon center looked a little different then the ones back in Paldea.

"The town sure is small" May comment.

"Yeah, that's what's great about Hoenn, since the town's are small, we don't have to worry about being stuck in a crowd" Brendan added.

"If you all came to Paldea or Galar, you would have to deal with crowds since the town's are huge"

"I hope one day we can" says May.

"Would you both like to come to our wedding in Paldea?"

"Can we?" May squealed.

"You sure can, is that okay with you Arven?"

"That's fine with me" he nodded.

"I would love to"

"So would I" Brendan smiled.

"Great, we'll be sure to send you both wedding invitations when the time comes"

"Awesome, I can't wait" May exclaimed.

"Can we eat lunch now?" Florian asks.

"Oh right, we said we would stop here for lunch"

"Hey, route one hundred and two is just up ahead, why don't we have lunch there?" Brendan suggested.

"I like that idea better, I like being out in nature" Arven smiled.

"Hey, that means picnic time" Nemona cheered.

"I love picnics, this is gonna be fun" May clapped her hands.

"Let's head to the pokemon center and then we'll go" Brendan suggested.

"Great idea" I nodded.

The gang healed up all their pokemon and after doing that, they headed to route one hundred and two.

Juliana pov

We found the perfect spot for our picnic. I got started on making the pasta curry.

"Hey May, why don't we have a quick battle?" Brendan suggested.

"Okay"

"Who wants to have a battle with me?" Nemona asks in excitement.

"I will" Florian raised his hand.

"Awesome, let's get started"

While I was stirring the curry, Arven and Penny got everything set up.

"How's it going over there cutie?"

"Pretty good, the curry will be done soon"

Florian taught May and Brendan how to sneak up on pokemon and both of them managed to catch a Poochyena.

After doing that, Nemona and Florian got to know each other and Juliana kept giggling at the sight of her cousin blushing when he looks at Nemona.

Penny played a game on her phone to entertain herself and Arven watched Juliana cook the curry.
