"I deem you worthy of my power. My quirk is yours to inherit." All Might lifted his hands in the air. Upon hearing that, Izuku and Ben look at him with surprise and confusion.
"Huh?" Midoriya cocks his head to the side, with tears flowing down his cheeks.
"What do you mean inherit?" Ben was dumbstruck by this.
All Might laughs at this. "You should see your faces right now. Don't worry, I'm not gonna force this thing on you." He walks up to them, and raises his finger in the air. "Listen well young man, this is your choice. Do you want to accept my power or not?" Blood continues to splatter out of his mouth.
'What is he talking about, and who's he referring to?'
"What is this?"
All Might wipes his mouth. "There are couple things you two should know about my abilities. Journalists always guess that my quirk is super strength, or some kind of invulnerability. People ask in interviews, and I always make a joke to dodge the question. It's because the world needs to believe that the Symbol of Peace is just a natural born hero like any other. But I'm not, there's nothing natural about my ability. I wasn't born with this power. It's a sacred torch that was passed onto me from someone else."
Izuku is surprised by this. "Someone else?"
"No way." Ben was in awestruck.
"Yes way, and you're next."
"Wait, me?!" Izuku pointed his finger to himself. "Hold on this is a lot to take in. It's true that there is a lot of debate as to what your quirk actually is. Nobody's ever figured it out. It's one of the world's greatest mysteries. People are constantly talking about it.."
Izuku begins to mutter, as Ben and All Might are unsettled by this.

"Uh kid, I think you're overthinking this." However, All Might's words fall silent.
"Don't worry, I got this." Ben then cracks his knuckles and walks near his head. He then immediately flicks him in the side of his head to snap him out of his trance.
"OW!" Izuku, immediately out of his trance, rubs the side of his head. "That really hurt."
"You were nerding out again." Ben crossed his arms.
"Oh, sorry." Izuku then sheepishly rubs the back of his head.
"You will have to adjust to reality and accept this new truth. I can transfer my quirk to someone else. And that is just the tip of the ice berg." All Might then lends his right hand out. "The true name of my quirk, is One for All."
