Quirk name undertale
Description
This quirk allows the user to manipulate and create bones and souls from thin air it also allows said user to become a skeleton based on a game called undertale via the name of the quirk while in said mode the user becomes undead and immortal to age but not to weapons he does however become completely unharmed by other quirks making him a problem for damn near everyone in the world if said user of quirk was to become a judge the quirk is to evolve/awaken into its second form name "royal judge" and the user gains a ability to tp anyone to a judge hall and the user has complete control over anything that happens in there.
drawbacks
the user has only 1 hitpoint but is very hard to hit being able to dodge very easily another one is when people close to him gets hurt or killed he has the chance to go into a au form most of the time its dust
