This night one of the Barca players had hosted a party at his house with the Barca team to celebrate their win against Psg on the first leg match, and thanks to Gavi being my friends boyfriend i somehow managed to get invited.
At the beginning i was uncomfortable because of the fact that i mostly didn't know anyone here and it was really awkward but now that i managed to get along with a phew players it was actually fun.
I had been talking the entire night to Lamine and Gavi. We were just chatting about random stuff but every once in while i would catch this one player staring at me from across the room.
He had brown fluffy hair, brown eyes and a nicely tanned skin, he was extremely attractive.I could have sworn i had alwredy seen him play but i couldn't catch his name.
So i decided to ask Gavi about him while he was busy talking to people.
« Hey Gavi you see the guy over there talking to Hector, what's his name again ? »
« Oh that's João he's the one hosting the party by the way ,why ? »
« riiight João and nothing i just remembered seeing him play but i had forgotten his name thank you. »
« alright. » he answered with a suspicious look on his face meaning he probably thinks that I was interested in him.
« why are you looking at me like that i just asked you his name. »
« You know if you would like to like hook up with him or something i can help you. »
« What ! No ! »

The timed had passed ,my friend and gavi had alwredy left about an hour ago and meanwhile i became friends with another girl that was at the party as we were the only two girls remaining here with João and two or three other players.
« Okay im going to the bathroom then I'll probably get going. » said the girl
« yea same i think im going to go home soon. » i answered
She stood up from the couch and left to go to the bathroom.
As i was sitting on the couch i turned my head around to see what the others were doing and noticed that everybody had left and that João was waving them goodbye from his front door as they were going back to their car.
He then closed the door and noticed i was looking at him. A small smirk rises on his face as he starts walking towards me and comes to sit besides me on the couch.
« I don't recall you telling me your name. » he says now looking at me
« Y/n »
« okay , im Jo »
« João yea i know gavi told me » i cut him off
« alright » he says with a small laugh
An awkward silence came between us as no one was starting the conversation anymore.
« would you like to » he began saying but he was cut off once again as the girl came back from the bathroom.
« hey im done i'll get going now. » she says to the both of us
« okay i'll lead you to the way out come » he says before taking her towards the front door
As he brings her out i decide to go and look for my bag as i was also soon going to leave.
