Me and João had now been dating for a couple months.
He had recently been talking to me about a dinner with his teammates,and proposed me to come as he said that the other players might bring their girlfriends to.
I was not sure whether i should go or not but since i had never met his teammates i thought it would be important to get to meat them since they take a big toll on his life.
The dinner was tonight at 7pm in a fancy Italian restaurant that they had picked together.
For the night i decided to wear a black long dress with a cut on my left thigh. And some YSL black heels.
It was now 6:20 pm the dinner was in 40 minutes and i was nearly done getting ready.
My dress was on so was my heels i was just finishing my makeup.
Once i finished i applied some perfume and looked at myself in the mirror making sure i did not forget anything.
While still looking at myself in the mirror i see João appear in the mirror
He comes just behind me and wrap his arms around my waist to pull me into his chest.
He then gives me a kiss on my shoulder before saying.
"Você está linda meu amor.(you look beautiful my love.)
I smiled at him before saying
" thank you !"
He then told me that we were soon leaving because the restaurant was not so close to his house.

When we finally arrived we directly entered the restaurant only to find everyone else alwredy at the table.
We then greeted them all before sitting down.
João sat next to me while on the other side was Gavi and in front of me i think Pedri.
It had been more then an hour since we arrived we all had already eaten and so far i was getting along with everyone.
The team had a really great atmosphere they were all funny and friendly.
While everyone was talking ,Pedri looked at me and said
" so what do you think about the team so far."
" it's cool!" You answered nicely
"But i will always be for real madrid." I quickly continued
" No way! You've definitely made the wrong choice love."He answered.
I let out an uncomfortable laugh at his answer and especially because of the fact that he called me love.
Was he not seeing that i had my boyfriend right next to me.
I then felt a hand grab on my thigh and squeeze it.
Realizing that it was João's hand i turned around to look at him and see him staring coldly at Perdri.
Pedri on the other side didn't even seem to really care. It was like this was amusing to him as he continued speaking to me.
" Oh and how do you like it here in Barcelona ?"
" it's nice ! it's a beautiful city." I answered
" i know right. I mean beautiful city for a beautiful girl."
Before i even had time to answer João stood up took my hand and said
" Well thank you everyone for this dinner but we got to get going ,bye !"
Not understanding why he was doing this i just went along and said
" yes thank you all it was really nice meeting you "
They all waved goodbye at us and thanked us for coming as we went outside the restaurant.
As soon as we finally reached his car i said
" João what was that !?"
" didn't you see he was openly flirting with you!"
Oh oh . He was really pissed. And maybe, jealous ?
" No he was not! He was just being nice! Plus im sure it was because he thought we were just friends."
" Oh! So calling someone love, and beautiful is being nice i don't think so y/n."
I sighed of annoyance before i felt his hands grab my shoulder and slowly push me on his car towering over me .
He then bring his lips closer to my ear before whispering.
" but don't worry next time we see him i'll make sure he knows that were not just friends"
Goosebumps rushes over me and butterflies in my stomach as i hear this.
He then takes my chin making me look up at him and then places a kiss on my lips before saying
" come on meu amor" and opening the car door for me to enter.

As we arrived back home i went upstairs to do my night routine and get comfortable in my pj's.
Once i was done getting unready as went downstairs and joined João who was sitting on the sofa.
We were both on our phones just scrolling through social media when i noticed i had a new follower i look at who it was and see that pedri just started following me on instagram.
I directly show it to João as he instantly becomes jealous.
While João had my phone in his hands he see's that Pedri had just sent me a dm asking me if i got home safely.
João even more annoyed decided to answer for me.

Did you get home safely ?
You
Yes she did thanks to me .
Now stop texting her she has a boyfriend asshole
"Here job done." He said before giving me back my phone
" you answer was rude João." I answered
" well he should have not flirted with my girlfriend in the first place." He says unbothered.
We then just turned on the tv and watched a movie together for the rest of the evening.
