•2:30 Am• Thursday Morning

Junie couldn't sleep. Her nightmares had kept her up since she and Ultron finished their movie at midnight. She didn't know where they had come from, but they kept her from sleeping. Junie pulled away her sheets from her body, the cold covering her body. She slightly shivered as she stepped onto the cold tile and tiptoed out of her room. Ultron was sleeping soundly on her couch so she slowly closed her door so she wouldn't wake him.

Downstairs, someone was breaking into the penthouse. Jarvis wasn't there to sound any alarms to warn anyone of the break in. The man was dressed in all black and had a small pistol on the side of his hip. He had a large black bag in hands that he was piling tech and other valuable things into.

Junie stepped down in the living room and walked into the kitchen to get a glass of water. She didn't notice the thief walking around the house. She finished her water and began to walk back to her room, but she stopped in her tracks when she heard a crash from the living room.

Junie ran into the living room and flipped on the lights, seeing the thief stopped right in his tracks. "What the hell do you think you are doing?" Junie growled.

The thief laughed, "Well obviously I'm robbing you, you stupid girl." Junie glared at him and said, "I don't think I'm the stupid one here. I'm not the one breaking into the Avengers tower. Where freaking Iron Man lives!" The thief rolled his eyes and scoffed, "Like. I. Care. Missy."

Junie snapped, and started sprinting towards the man. She tackled him to the ground and began to punch him continuously. The man grabbed a knife from his pocket and cut into Junie's upper thigh. She screamed in pain. The thief pushed her off and she fell onto the stairs. Knowing that the man had a gun, Junie retreated to the upper level. She had to wake somebody. She needed help.

The thief went after her and grabbed her before she could open her bedrooms door. He pinned her to the ground and punched her once in the face. He then lowered himself down to her ear and whispered, "No one can save you now, kid." He then pulled his gun from his side and pointed it at Junie's head.

Junie closed her eyes and waited for the bullet to pierce into her brain. But it never came. She heard the door swing open and she could feel the weight lift off her body. Two gunshots could be heard and the man screamed before there was a gut-wrenching crunch. Junie slowly opened her eyes and saw the man lying to her side, his neck snapped; eyes wide in shock. Ultron bent down and picked up Junie bridal style and held her close. He whispered, "Junie...he was going to-" Junie cut him off, "You saved me. You saved me Ultron." She hid her face in his warm chest and murmured, "Thank you." Ultron held her tighter.

Tony and Pepper then barged into the hallway. They froze in place once they saw the thief motionless on the ground and Junie crying into Ultron's chest. Tony whispered, "What...what happened..." Pepper looked Ultron in the optics and asked, "How did a robber get in here?" Ultron looked away and then back at Pepper and answered, "The alarms must've been off. Junie probably went down and found him piling all the tech together. When I found her he was going to put a bullet in her head. I made sure he wouldn't succeed in the task." Tony walked toward Ultron and said, "Thank you for protecting Junie." Tony then held out his arms, gesturing that he wanted Junie. Ultron started to lay her into her uncles arms but Junie held onto Ultron tight. She whispered, "I want Ultron to put me back to bed." Tony sighed as he lowered his arms, "Alright. You've been through a lot kiddo. You definitely need some sleep." Junie nodded in response and Ultron nodded to Tony and Pepper before he walked back into the bedroom.

Ultron laid Junie back into her bed and covered her with the sheets. Ultron began to walk back over to the couch but Junie grabbed his arm. She whispered, "Please. Sleep with me tonight. I don't know if I can fall asleep again." Ultron sighed, "Alright." He then laid on the other side of the bed next to Junie. She turned to face Ultron and stared straight into his red optics. She smiled as he smiled back. Junie then snuggled into his chest, and fell asleep.

( omg I honestly think this was really adorable! Well except for Junie getting stabbed and almost shot in the head but anyway!
