chapter 2 (Athena)

           My alarm went off, groaning I grab my phone turning it off It's 5 AM I get up putting on my running clothes I have to be at Billie's home at 8 to pick her up and bring her to a interview that's at 9 I grab my phone and headphones putting on 'iris' and started running I ended up running longer than i meant too i got back to my house at around 630 I open my door going up to my room to get in the shower I took a 30 minute shower longer than i normally do I grab my clothes for the day grabbing a black t shirt, black jeans, leather jacket, and my gun and put it on my hip grabbing the keys for my all black dodge challenger with tinted windows. I walk out my front door making sure to lock it getting in my car and making my way to Billie's house 

I pull up at around 745 25 minutes before I was supposed to be there I like to be early I put my car in park putting on 'Bump Heads' to hype myself up before work you feel me. I was playing old rap until i heard a knock on my window, I unlock the door a she gets in my music still blasting I turn it down and I start making my way to the interview we are about 15 minutes into the 30 minute drive when she speaks up "so tell me about yourself Athena" Billie ask turning towards me I'm a very private person and like to keep my work relationships strictly professionally "Barret" is all I say obviously talking about the fact that she called me by my first name I hate being called my first name in professional settings and when I'm at work all together I hope she takes the hint and stops trying to get to know me you may think that I'm being a ass but when you go through what i have than you learn to not get to know people and not to let them in. She took the hint whispering bitch thinking i didn't hear her as she sat back in her seat. My music still playing quietly in the background I turn in back up so I can hear it but it's not loud at all we stay like that the rest of the way when we pull up i get out turning off the car walking around to the passenger side opening the door for Billie strictly professionally she gets out and gives me a quick smile, The first time I saw her smile as much as I hate to admit it her smile makes me weak I don't know why she doesn't smile more. I looked her up the night before after i went home after meeting her and she doesn't seem to smile in any of the photos at least not the ones I saw anyways. I close the door behind her walking into the office where the interview is being taken at we were there until 11 when we left there were fans out there some how they found out where the interview I was the first out pushing them aside to clear a path back to my car staying right by her as she stops to talk to her fans after around 5 minutes we are back in my car. " yo can we stop at taco bell" Billie asked " yes miss eilish" i reply making my way to taco bell "call me Billie" " I don't use first names with clients" she was about to say something as we pulled up to taco bell " what do you want" she doesn't answer she just leans over me and starts ordering her food she asked if i wanted anything and reply no i go to grab my wallet to pay out of habit I always pay when I'm with people but she pushed my hand down a gave the woman her card after that we pulled off she ate her food while i played my music its now 1230 and I'm driving her home we get around 1210 i drop her off and make my way back to my house I pull up around 1 PM getting out and locking my car door I walk inside back up to my room changing into gym gear and making my way back downstairs grabbing my motorcycle helmet and making my way to the gym I got home around 3 PM and spent the rest of the day just sitting around watching TV  until around 6 PM when i grabbed my meal prep from the fridge warming it up and eating for the first time today I've always struggled with eating disorders but nobody needs to know that after i was done eating i wash my dish than went upstairs and went to sleep
