Ch 9

*Leo's Pov*
"You ready?" I asked Jason.

"Yeah I'm ready let's go." He nodded fixing his hair in the mirror. I opened the door and Jason walked out. I looked to make sure we got everything and closed the door. Jason grabbed my hand and we headed to the parking lot.

We found my motorcycle and we both got on. Jason wrapped his arms around my waist and I sped off to the park.

"Leo." Jason asked as we stopped at a red light.

"Yeah Jay?" I answered.

"Do- I love you." He squeezed me.

"I love you too, Jay!" I said. He placed a small kiss on my neck and the light turned green. I sped off to the park because we were already late.

As I parked I saw Piper pacing at the entrance of the park. She looked up and saw us.

"Oh thank god your finally here." She ran up to us. I got off and so did Jason. We took our helmets off.

"Yeah sorry for being late, Jason is a perfectionist." I nudged him playfully. He stuck his tongue out at me so I did it back. Piper laughed.

"You two are dorks." Piper snorted.

"Well duh, but show us the way beauty queen." I said. She nodded and we all walked off.

She guided us to where the group was. We were a bit away but I counted two more people. As we got closer I realized it was Thalia and Reyna. Jason gasped and ran to Thalia. Thalia turned and ran to him. They met in the middle and hugged. I smiled and walked over to Nico.

"Hey Neeks." I wrapped an arm around him.

"Hey Leo." He smiled lightly. Will glared at me. I rolled my eyes and took my arm away from Nico.

"Why were you late?" Will asked like he just didn't glare at me.

"Jason is a perfectionist." I explained.

"I feel you." Nico nodded.

"Hey!" Will protested.

"Don't get me started on perfectionists." Percy turned to us. I laughed.

"All our blondes are perfectionists." I snorted. Percy looked confused then he realized.

"They are! We all have great taste." Percy smiled.

"Yes we all do." I agreed. Nico nodded in agreement and Will blushed.

"Scrawny!" Thalia called. I looked over and she came up to me.

"What." I rolled my eyes.

"How have you been treating my brother?" She asked.

"Thalia stop pestering Leo." Jason placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Why not?" She whined.

"Hm why are you whining?" I asked cupping my face.

"Watch it Valdez." She said.

"Grace sounds better. Leo Grace." I mumbled.

"What!" Jason squeaked. Shit I forgot he has ultra sonic hearing.

"Nothing." I smiled innocently. He was about to say something but passed out. There goes his streak of not passing out. It was 3 weeks. That was a record. Thalia looked confused. I got up and poked Jason's cheek. He sat up and looked around.

"Morning sleeping beauty." I kissed his cheek.

"Ew no homo." Thalia pretended to throw up. Reyna came out of nowhere and wrapped her arms around her.

"Really?" Reyna asked. I laughed at a flustered Thalia and a content Reyna. I helped sparky up. He sat down and I sat on his lap.

"So quick question, why is Thalia and Reyna here? Don't get me wrong I'm happy that there here but why?" I asked.

"Oh right!" Percy got up and helped Annabeth up. "We have an announcement. You want to say it?" He turned to Annabeth.

"How about we say it together." Annabeth suggested. Percy nodded.

"Pause for dramatic effect." Percy said. A whole minute went by.

"Just announce it!" I yelled.

"We're engaged!" They announced together.

"Yes finally!" I jumped up and hugged both of them. Everyone cheered and joined into the group hug.

After 2 minutes we pulled away.

"Show us the ring!" Hazel squealed. Annabeth showed the ring. It was owl shaped with a pearl in the middle. I already described to Jason my ring awhile ago.

"When did this happen?" Piper asked inspecting Annabeth's ring.

"Two nights ago." Percy explained.

Annabeth nodded. "Yeah he took my out for dinner and then we went to get ice-cream. He took my to this park and proposed to me when the sun was almost gone." I smiled and died on the inside. That was adorable!

"Wait do your parents know?" Thalia asked.

"No." Percy said.

"So we're the first people to know." Shel squealed. Both Annabeth and Percy nodded.

Jason hugged Percy, followed by the rest of his cousins. I smiled at them and backed a bit away to give them space.
