Being a body retriever isn't an easy task.

Walking around the upper grounds, she took a look at the posted board of the adventurers guild.

Looking to see if anyone has gone missing these past few days, in hopes to find them.

Leaning closer to the board, she places the pad of her finger on a piece of paper that's been stuck on a loose nail. She rips it off of the board with a look of content as she stares at the big letters.

Missing Person
Last seen, in the Dungeon.

Happily folding the piece of paper and slipping it in her pocket, she immediately headed off to the dungeon in a skip.

----------

Immediately upon arriving at the entrance, she realized that she didn't plan out this trip as much as she did with the previous ones.

Sighing, she went in search of any forage nearby. Finding a shrub with berries in it, she grabbed a few and popped a couple in her mouth. She pouched the remaining and headed back to the dungeon.

Finding the entrance yet again, she finally went in.

----------

"RUUUUUN!" an adveturer yelled out while running, carrying a member while the other two ran away with them.

As she descended the stairs towards the very first floor of the dungeon, she was greeted with some very loud adventurers. She could hear them screaming from a mile away.

'Newbies, probably.' She thought as the adventurers ran past her, hastily leaving the dungeon.

Looking at what they were running away from, she saw nothing but more adventurers.

Then..

'What the hell were they running away from?' She gazed at the adventurers as she kept walking.

She was about to ask the other party that stood in place if there were any monsters around, before suddenly changing her mind when one of them started thrashing about and doing a handstand.

Thinking about any other pathways she could walk to, she decided that walking somewhere else would be a lot greater than interacting with these weird people.

Quietly taking a detour to the plaza, she was about to take a right, behind the group of adventurers.

When out of nowhere she saw a shadowy figure with horns sticking out of its head, its eyes white as its gaze suddenly went from the adventurers, on to her.

Staring at it for a quick second, she shrieked in a panic.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAA!" She screamed she did a defensive pose with her legs wide apart and her hands trying to do Kung Fu while her staff was still in her hand.

The other party, hearing a scream, immediately turned their heads at the source.

Their eyes were then met with an Elven adventurer(?) doing a weird pose as she continues on screaming.

Marcille, the only elf in their party, immediately recognizing that brooch on her cloak, pointed to her with a shout while a look of surprise was on her face.

"Hey! I know you!!" She shouts as she pointed at the other elven mage who finally stopped screaming when she heard Marcille's shout.

"Eh?" [name] turned her head towards the other elf, then immediately looked back to the hallway where the shadowy figure was.

Though, she finds no one or anything. Only the darkness and the cold winds hitting her figure.

Feeling creeped out, she shuddered a bit before standing up straight and walking backwards, towards the other party.

"Something, i saw something over in that hallway-" [name] muttered towards the other elf with a bit of a shaky voice as she pointed a trembling finger at the hallway where she saw the figure.

The tall-man of the three who seemed to be the party leader, placed a hand on her shoulder.

"How about i go check? Could you hold this for me?" He said with a serious tone as he immediately dropped a humongous mushroom-monster..? With adorable tiny legs in her arms.

a monster..

[name] jaw dropped at the living creature she was carrying with both of her arms as the blonde guy walked through the hallway cautiously.

"He didn't bring a light with him."
"Of course he didn't."

His two party members say as they watched their leader walking and bumping around the dark hallway corridors.

As a bit of time passed, he came back disappointed as he shook his head.

"No monsters, it might have been a rat." He sighed as he gazed down at the other elven mage with the knocked out monster.

[name] has been in the same position since he had her carry the creature in her arms. Frozen and petrified. But most of all, she was shocked.

Taking the monster out of her arms, he held it by the feet as it dangled in his grasp.

"Let's find and open space and build a fire."
