Jalani's POV:
Its currently 8:00am i just woke up,kimora is still sleeping so i kissed her forehead, freshen up and went to make breakfast. I wasn't at the family house i was at the villa so it was just me and her alone here, i was deciding on bringing her home today so she could get some clothes and ask for her moms permission so we could stay here until graduation which is next week wednesday.
I made ackee & saltfish,dumplings and plantain after making breakfast i went upstairs to wake kimora.

BREAKFAST
"Ma." I said waking kimora
"Mhmm."she answered
"I made breakfast come eat." I said
"Ok im coming." She replied sitting up
I went back downstairs while she went to the bathroom.
KIMORA'S POV:
Jalani just woke me up saying he made breakfast so i got up and went to the bathroom. I realized this house is different than the one i went to first so i guess he has two house.

After taking a shower and brushing my teeth i got dressed in one of his outfits since i didn't bring any clothes and went downstairs.
"Morning again ma." Jalani greeted me
"Morning babe." I replied sitting around the island
He then placed my breakfast on the table and poured out some orange juice.
"Den ketch husband material." I said sarcastically
"Cool nuh mhon." He said with a slight grin
I started consuming and we held a small convo.
"Oh btw b mi did a plan fi bring yuh home fi yuh get some clothes and ask your mom for permission to stay here until graduation." Jalani said
"Oh she's not here so id just go take some clothes and my devices and text her where im at." I replied
"Alrite since yuh done consume u wanna go get them now." He asked
"Yeah lets go." I said getting up
We both walked to the garage and got into his audi q8
Look like dis a him favourite car
Look suh fi true subby.
We were now on our way back to my house so i could collect some outfits,upon entering the community we saw smoke and persons outside there homes looking.
"A wah gwan mek everybody outside." I asked
"Look like somebody house a burn dung." Jalani replied
Reaching closer to my house i saw that it was my house burning.
"BOMBOCLAAT." I shouted in fare and disbelief
"B a your house." He said taking up his phone making a call
I ran out the car going straight into the house to try and save things but the smoke was too strong and heavy, the last thing i felt was my body falling to the ground and my eyes being shut closed.
Am i dead?
Moments later i think. I woke up to bright lights ,looking around i realized i was in the hospital with tubes being conneted to me.
"Ma your awake." I heard a familiar voice
Gyal a yuh man
"Yeah my hands hurting though." I replied
He then called the doctor and my mom
"Oh god mi baby issa good thing yuh neva deh home cause yuh woulda dead." She said crying and hugging me
"Why what happened." I asked
"When you get realease i tell you." She said
Moments later Jalani came in the room with the doctor and a wheelchair and they both assisted me to get in the wheelchair afterwards Jalani pushed the wheelchair to the car parking area and put me in the back seat of the car my mom was on the front and we were now on our way to my next house.
"Suh what happened." I asked to break the silence
"Kimora yuh step fada try fi kill yuh off he got words form one of my co-workers that i was on a buisness trip which means you were going to be alone." She stopped talking
"Yes and what else happened." I asked curious
"So he decided to light the house on fire in the night so you could die in the fire but thankfully u weren't hope lastnight or else you would have died." She said crying
Tears filled my eyes after hearing this shocking news because why would he want me dead what have i ever done to this man.
"So your saying if i wasn't with jalani i would have died." I said tears now streaming down my face
"Dis nuh done yet and mi affi get revenge pon him anyweh him deh." I said
