[Hope walks away from Alaric, Kaleb and a dying MG as she finds out about MG killing Landon. She's sobbing as she falls to the ground, holding onto a tree for support as Grace follows her and hugs Hope tightly, both of them cryin. The song 'Echo' starts playing in the back ground.]

[Alaric and Lizzie are talking in Lizzie and Josie's dorm room.]

Alaric: They have lost a lot and you know that. They're just afraid to let themselves care. 

[Alaric and Grace are in Alaric's office, fighting about Ted. (She went to Ted alone as Hope tried to distract Alaric all day)]

Alaric: Starting with your dead mother, ending with your dead father- 

"Alaric/Dad!" People yelled angrily with wide eyes. 

[Hope and Grace are talking to Landon his first night at the school about their family]

Hope: [Laying a book on the table] Our dad was one of the Earths Original vampires.

Landon: Was?

Grace: [Nodding slightly, sadly] Was. Turns out even immortal beings can find a way to die eventually. [Landon stares at them sadly and shocked] 

"Immortal?" Minho asked, surprised. 

"The Original vampire's, can't die. Except you know, all magic has a loophole. Everything eventually finds a way to die." Grace said sadly. 

Hope: Our mother was a werewolf Alpha.

Landon: There's that was again.

[Hope and Grace, seeing Landon's dead body in the woods the first time, collapses next to it and Rafael, sobbing]

Hope: (V.O.) It's gonna hurt. It always will. Some days will be harder than others...

Grace: [To Lizzie] You know what? Maybe we were jealous. Maybe we wanted what you had. A simple day with our family. [Crying, Grace looks at a couple of family photos] We lost half of our stuff in that fire, including the only painting we made with our dad. Why would we do that to ourselves? 

"We can make new ones now that we're here." Klaus told the girls who smiled at him. 

"We'd like that." Hope told him honestly. 

[After Grace and Hope wake up from being knocked out before Hayley died, they're panicked as Freya tries to calm them down]

Grace: Where's our mom?

[The lights around her bed shatter and Freya pauses in her movement to look at them.] 

"Woah..." 

[Rafael is going through a memory potion to try and remember the night he blacked out, Hope is sitting at his feet, panicking]

Hope: Is Landon okay, Raf?!

Rafael: I don't know, okay... I don't- I don't know...

[They both cry in sadness and frustration as Grace paces behind Hope in worry.]

[Freya sits in front of Grace and Hope, on Grace's dorm bed]

Freya: She's gone.

Grace and Hope: No, no. No. No, no, no, no, no, no.... [Freya pulls them into a hug as they sob]
