"Spud!"

You nodded at their exclamation, you took note that spud was most likely their favorite thing to say and you eventually got used to it. you were watching the countdown like usual.

"Mhm.. that's your name." You responded with half-lidded eyes.

You stood back up and walked toward the elevator door once more.

The scenery looked something like a "Find the path" like area, with floating cyan squares.

Your eyebrows raised, as you bent down and leaned a hand through it, it quickly disappeared and you retracted your hand.

"Weird.."

You kept walking near the entrance, setting your hand out on to each one when one eventually turned red.

You studied it for a second, standing back up and placing your foot on it.

It didn't fall through, luckily enough.

You continued your strategy the rest of the way through, stumbling onto the other platform.

You looked up to a metal box, as on top of it was a humanoid robot with funky expressions and colorful spikes on their face sitting on it with a "._." face.

You walked up to the unique machine and easily flipped the lever, though you immediately moved out of the front of it when the robot stood up and started walking along the blue tiles like it was nothing.

You silently followed behind them, calling out several "Hello?"s though it didn't stop.

It entered the elevator after crossing the entire pathway, speaking out in a higher autotuned voice "What's this?" before going to the corner of the elevator.

"It's.. an elevator." You replied, your tone laced with slight confusion.

"Ohhh right!" 

You gazed at their features silently, looking at the brightly colored horns before he started scanning you.

"[SCANNING...]" You stood still slightly nervous while the process happened.

"uhm.. what are you scanning for?" 

"Your type of species!" they said happily, you were a little puzzled at that.

"Have you not seen a human before?.."

"No!"

You nodded at that a little concerned. "Strange.." You muttered.
