About the next day, after that night I was exhausted. That night I will never forget it I felt like I finally met someone who could actually be there for me which was a first time thing so it was pretty weird to get used
at first.

I woke up and saw Jenny still sleeping, I clocked it was 12PM already almost time for my shift another fucking boring day at work.
except maybe it wasn't really boring.
Jenny slowly got up and noticed I was getting ready, she sat up on the bed completely tired and exhausted aswell.

Jenny: Going somewhere..?

She said rubbing her eyes getting slowly, I'm assuming out of everything we spoke about I forgot to tell her about my shifts.

Valerie: Work, you wanna come? I can introduce you to the owner she should be there today it's our refill day

Jenny: Refill? you work at a bar or library?

Valerie: Are you fucking stupid? Refilling books getting new ones and restocking ones that are out of stock you idiot.

Jenny: Ohh, my bad.. HEY WHY ARE YOU BEING RUDE I ONLY HEARD REFILL AT BARS!
She said pouting, it was so cute seeing her getting all furious we laughed it off for a bit and about time she got up.

Valerie: You might wanna go home to get some clothes.

Jenny: Hmm.. Don't think so I'll be good with outfit for today, maybe tonight I'll go home.

Valerie: Whatever you say.

I told Jenny she could stay with me for as much as she wants as she and her boyfriend you know.. and she's very stubborn. she's practically waiting for him to look for her first and show that he cares before deciding to go home and talking it out, which is understandable I would do the same.

We both finally got ready and started making our way to the library, we were walking it was nice and refreshing and less dead, having company definitely helps.

We finally reached the library, before we could even step in Jenny was already amused and loving everything. I guess she really adored books

Jenny: you're telling me you work in this place and you aren't the happiest person on earth?!

She stormed inside going through the books, I found it really cute, she seems to have care for everything and appreciate everything.

Valerie: What can I say, maybe when I won the lottery in this place I'll be the happiest person on earth

She rolled her eyes at my ignorance she seemed like she really likes book like a little too much even but, I admire it.
The main Door of the library suddenly opened, showing the owner Laura. She's a sweet lady, I remember when I first started working here she would bring me coffee everyday knowing that I fucking hate it coffee. sweet lady what can I say.

Laura: I see you made a friend finally.

Jenny stood there awkwardly and waved "Hiii.. I'm Jenny" Jenny said introducing herself.

Valerie: Yeah anyways, Jenny wanted to work here at some point is there a possibility?

Laura: You know we are full on staff, I'm sorry Jenny I don't think it will be possible, But you're always welcome here anytime.

I rolled my eyes this old hag is never this nice, still love her though. give it a few days and Jenny will wish she never stepped a foot in this place.

Jenny: Oh! that's okay, and thank you I'll be visiting everyday, Loving this place already!

Laura smiled and went inside where her little office or whatever it is, leaving me and Jenny standing there awkwardly, this old woman kept giving weird stares she stares me.

Jenny: She's swee-

Valerie: Be quiet.

Jenny: Okayyy...

Jenny continued roaming around the place, while I started opening up the space not like anyone comes here but you know..

Jenny: How did you start working here? You never told me

Valerie: I just did, magic what can I say.

Jenny: Funny, now tell me I'm interested. you don't really like books.. you are not interested in reading.. so why?

Valerie: I don't do it for the fun or because I'm interested I do it for money, If I were to really wanna do something I would be a stripper but glad I have some self respect for myself

Jenny: Interesting...
