chapter one

Me and Vincent have tried every type of communication to contact jack. Nothing worked. Vincent was not giving up though. We decided to check in with the local police and they also had nothing. What are we gonna do?
"Gratified! What is the answer for 28!?" My teacher exclaimed. "Ahhh crap 269.8" I yelled the answer. "Correct." She sighed and smiled. "How do you do it?" Marisa the girl next to asked."I actually study and do the homework." I say and finish the set of problems that we were given.

After that I take out a small map of the woods I've covered when Vincent is back home on Friday evenings.luckly for me its friday and me being familiar with the woods around these parts I can cover a mile each time.

I remember me and him attempted to run away when we were 10. He could barely keep up with me. His mom came after him. Unlike my mom who knew perfectly that I could take care of my self. I spent a few more hours in the woods then went home. He was crying when I got back. He chewed me out for making him cry. He ended up falling asleep on my bed making me resort to sleeping on the chair in my room.

Anyway as I wait for Vincent to get done I mark one more mile down on the map. I look up and he's walking toward my row in the room."you done cat?" I smiled at the name he gave me."yea"I said and put my map away."what was that?" He asked."what was what?" I ask him pretending to not know what he's talking about."cat.. I know you what are you hiding?" I sighed acting defeated. I gave him the fifty shades of gray books I had bought for just a situation like this."happy?" I Ask. His face turns strawberry red."I had n-no idea!" He says looking like and idiot. " now give it back." I say and snatch the book from him quickly puting it back in its place.

" Ready?" I asked getting my belongings."yea..I" he paused making me look at him."yes?" He blushed and continued. "My mum wants to know if you want to come with me today." I smile then I remembered The last time I went. His mom made me always stay by Vincents."I'm sorry Vincent I have planed a one day two nights fnaf marathon " I he frowns."oh..." Then his eyes light up."maybe you can go one day and we leave the next day I want a weekend away from dad's football storys." We both laugh a bit."fine when do we leave?" I ask."meet me by my room after your last class." I smile."ok see you then."

Skip time because logic ~

Why didn't I see this coming? I thought as I looked at his mom's mini van with her waving violently at me. I gave a nervous laugh and waved back."hii sweetie!! " oh my fucking god when she said that I almost lost my lunch. She sounds like the killer from that one movie I saw last night. It sent shivers down my back.I walk up to the mini van."Hi Victoria. " I had always called her that even when I was small. She never really gave a damn."oh please call me mom." I gave her a look."why is that?" She smirked. "I think vincy has a crush on you?" Her eyes sparkled when she said crush."no you've got it all wrong! " I exlamed."he thinks of me as his sister and I think of him as a brother." I say as I smile at her." Aww well darn there goes my plan." She sighs."I really wanted you guys to get married some day." I get flustered at her words."oh it seems there is still hope!" She says as she looks at me.

"mom?!" I hear from behind. It was Vincent. "Hey,dude umm can I talk to you for a moment." I grab him by the arm before he can answer me.
"What?" He asked."I thought we were going in your car." He cringed. "About that..." I sighed. "I'm going on my bike." He gives me a look."you do know that's 4 miles away right." I giggle."not a bike you pedal! A bike like my motorcycle. " I giggle and playfully punch him."what were you and my mum talking bout?" He asked."oh yea I need to talk to you about THT just not now." He raised and eyebrow.
"Ok" he said.
Then it's that feeling again. "Damn it!" I mumble. "What?" he asked." I keep getting a strange feeling. " he looks at me with a worried look."like what kind of feeling." He frowning his eyebrows."VINCYYYYYY!!!" His mom called causing all eyes to go on the car. I didn't wañt attention so when I herd her yell I grabbed him and jumped in the bushes."cat?" I put my hand on his mouth."shhh." I pointed to the side of the college with a door."there we can get inside and come back out after that everything blows over."OK"

After Vincent called his mom and told her to meet us at the back of the school I went to my room and grabbed my things."OK I'll see you there." I said getting on my bike."what!?" He exlamed. "I'm going on my bike." I said as I put in my ear buds and started to play counting body's like sheep then put on my helmet. It was black with a skull ablaze on the side. The flames were blue my favorite color. My bike also had a blue flame design on it And the seat said for bad ass only. Then I drove off leaving Vincent in the dust.
