Malcolm awoke to Annabeth reading a horror novela....weird he thought getting up and out of bed
He then left the cabin and headed towards cabin 11, the Hermes cabin, and knocked on the door
One of the Stoll brothers answered, at this point he had learned the difference between them as he was dating the younger brother, Connor, and standing in front of him in a red and blue checkered pattern hoodie was Connor
“Hi, Malcolm!” Connor said w/a smiles, “Hello, Connor” Malcolm said when he suddenly noticed that Connor was hiding his hand
Malcolm took a step towards the other boy and grabbed his arm gently and began examining his hand, when he saw a small cut on the palm of his hand that was bloody, not a lot just enough for an adhesive bandage and not a bandage that wraps around
“...Wth happened?” Malcolm asked
“Hm? Oh, yeah that was a blood blister I took out, and I forgot to be careful so it turned into a cut”
Malcolm could tell that Connor was being truthful and hadn’t broken his promise, if he did...let’s not go there actually
Malcolm always kept small bandages on him so he grabbed one out of his pants pockets and put it on the cut
Connor then wrapped his arm around the other boy’s shoulder

Author’s pov
Conner and Malcolm were just chilling in the forest, Connor was being oddly affectionate but the other boy didn’t mind
Malcolm kisses Connor on the cheek, making the other boy flustered and burying his head in Malcolm’s shoulder
Malcolm laughs a bit and ruffles Connor’s dark curls affectionately
“Mm...I like it when you touch my hair” Connor muffled in the other boy’s shoulder affectionately which makes Malcolm smiles
