alrighty! so tonight i'm going to be using the raven method (i know, I KNOW 😭) mixed with like the train method, stair method, hug method, and pillow method. i know it sounds like a LOT, but i'm really good at visualising and i just want to try increase the chance of shifting as much as possible. also, during the day i've been seeing sooo many '111's and I'M GOING TO TAKE THAT AS A SIGN. really hoping i don't fall asleep this time in the MIDDLE of the method, but we'll see. i'm also going to be listening to a subliminal on loop (i'll link it somewhere) and see if it helps.

i think i might do some meditation for a few minutes, but it's pretty late already so i probably won't. i'll update when i wake up!

update: honestly so pissed at myself. i fell asleep AGAIN 😭 if i remember correctly, i started getting hugeee symptoms, but then i got distracted and fell asleep. to shift, it's been about 1am and i'm extremely tired by then. i also keep trying to shift with my comforter/duvet and blankets on top of me, and i have no clue if i'm not supposed to do and if it like prevents me from shifting? it's literally the middle of winter so i will NOT be going without my blankets. i really think the subliminal helped a LOT, but after listening to it for like 10 mins, i got scared thinking about my mother walking in and seeing what i was listening to, so i switched it off 😭
