Chapter 2

As I walk into the school, I see Cathy walk into the bathroom. Her mascara smeared all over her face. As usual.

I wait for her outside the bathroom, and when she comes out she looks at me with sad eyes.

"Hey Cathy Cat!" I said examining her body. She has really nice curves to her. A nice butt and rack. I can't help myself but look at her body. She's so hot.

" Hey Dammy Dog." She said looking at the ground.

" Are you ok?" I ask. Of course she is not. Ane is gonna complain about how her life is terrible and how she is so ugly, and how no one loves her.

" I need a break," she said.

" A break from school?" I asked.

" A break from life." She said still looking at the ground. Yeah I understand she has a terrible mom. But she has a lot of friends and she's beautiful so why be so sad?

" I'm here for you Cath." I said putting my arm around her.

" Yeah I know..." She said.

I drive to Cathys house to pick her up for our get together to night. As I pull up into her driveway, I see her standing there with a huge smile. She's happy today.

" Hey Cathy!" I say

" Hello Damien." She says

We drive in silence for a few minutes and then she asked.

" Do you like any girls?"

" Hmm not really, haven't really thought about it." I said, but in my head I was thinking Cathy Cathy Cathy Cathy Cathy Cathy Cathy.
" What about you?" I ask.

" Yeah actually. I really like Brian Reese." She said excitedly.

Brian is the most popular guy in the school. Me and him used to be pretty good buddies, but then he started hanging with upper classemen and girls so he ditched me. It hurts me that she likes him. Like a lot.

Because all I have done for her, and she likes Brian? Whatever.

I just needed to get away from her for a while. I am pretty upset.

I took out my phone and texted my self.

My phone buzzed so I pretended to read it and fake gasped.

"What is it?" Asked Cathy, her smile fading.

"I'm so sorry but I have to go back home, family emergency." I said.

I sped back to cathys house and dropped her off. Then I drove home.

I walked into the house and saw my dad doing paper work.

"You're home early," he said looking up at me.

"Kinda didn't want to hang out with Cathy today." I said

"Damien, I know you like her. I can see the way you look at her, and you spend every freaken day with her. You may get annoyed with her, but always cherish her."

"What are you trying to say dad?" I said getting suspicious.

"Love hurts. When I lost your mother..." his voice broke off. I didn't expect this conversation to hit the emotional end. I knew how my father felt about the subject of my mother. He didn't want me to be hurt the same way.

"No dad, you didn't loose her. She lost you. Your a great man dad, mom left because she was an idiot. She didn't realize what she lost until she lost it completely." I say starting to get teary eyed.

"I love you Damien. I couldn't have asked for a better son." said my dad standing up and coming over to hug me.

"Love you too Dad." My old man. He meant everything to me.

bzzz bzzzzzz. Cathy texted me

Hey:) Hope all is well:)

I immediately responded.

Everything's cleared up:) How's my Cathy:-*

Mom gave me a bruise on my back. But I'm fine.

No your not, I think u should tell someone about this

My mom... No I can't :( I'll be fine.

Ok stay strong babe:) Can't wait to see u at school tomorrow:)
