Narrative:
He spouted out as a few demons ambushed him, in which he effortlessly decapitated 'Where are you?!'
He ponders once more, desperate for them to come back. As he jumped on tree branch, he viewed his surroundings.
Since the darkness was blurring his vision, he relied on his other senses Slaughtering a few more unwanted creatures, he continued his search This was going on for about 30 minutes now, and he was in extreme distress without their presence.
He all of a sudden heard ruffling in the bushes In hopes it was them, he widens his eyes in relief- Nope, it was a stray cat.
He grew dissapointed, his face darkened at the sight He ignored it, continuing his search for Hikari.
Muichiro:
Hikari Come back here!
Narrative:
Widened eyes, he turns his head to the source of the voice 'Could it be?..'
Muichiro:
Geez, why would you run so suddenly-
Narrative:
She crouched to carry the cat but stopped at the sight infront of him.
Hikari:
Muichiro?
Narrative:
She say in a gentle voice, quickly letting go of the cat in shock. He sighed in relief. Turning around to face her, he too crouches to down to her level.
Muichiro:
You're such an idiot! Do you know how long I've been searching for you?!
Narrative:
He raised his voice, poking her forehead with his finger.
Hikari:
Ow..
Narrative:
As soon as She said that he stopped. Hikari then tilted her head in response.
Hikari:
You were searching for me..?
Narrative:
He was taken a back from what she said, his mouth was slightly open He crossed his arms.
Muichiro:
Why wouldn't I? We're friends aren't we?
Narrative:
He kind of mumbled that last part, either way Hikari heard what he said.
Hikari:
Really? I thought we weren't because of how cold you were to me.
Narrative:
They slightly giggled while scratching their cheek, Muichiro looked down with slight guilt, not knowing how to respond.
Muichiro:
Well, it's not like I'm complaining or anything. I was just kind of shocked.
Hikari:
I'm glad we're friends.
Narrative:
Patting his head, Hikari smiled softly Meanwhile, Muichiro felt some sort of pain in his chest But of course, he was coached by Mitsuri about this so he knew why.
Muichiro Conscious:
'I should've known that they only saw me as a friend' He kept his blank expression, as Hikari apologized for making him worry and search for them at such an hour.
Muichiro:
It's fine. Now let's go home.
Narrative:
Hikari nodded with a small smile, standing up to walk back with Muichiro 'Oh wait, I lost the cat ;-;'
