Anastasia's POV
"I want you to meet my friends formally" I said as I ate my breakfast. "Ok" kai said bluntly. I didn't even think she'd agree. I smiled at the thought of her meeting my friends. Even if this is all fake. "what are smiling about" she turned to look at me.
"Nothing" I felt my cheeks burn up. "Oh I think someone has a crush on me" she joked making me giggle. "You wish" I rolled my eyes. I've never seen the relaxed side of her so this was a shock. "Well go get ready we leave in like 30 minutes" I said making her brows furrow. "I am ready" she pointed at her suit.
"Something casual please" I gave her puppy eyes. "Fine but only because I want to" she said going to the elevator. I smiled knowing she did it because I asked. After a few minutes she came down wearing an outfit that matches mine. I was dressed in denim washed high waisted jeans, a red tube top and a red sports jacket over it.
Kai was dressed in denim washed baggy jeans, a plain black compression top with a red sports jacket over it. "Yay we're matching" I said as we walked out to her car. "It was a coincidence" she rolled her eyes at me. "Whatever helps you sleep at night" I said as she opened the passenger door for me.
I got in as she walked to the driver's side. She gave me a short glance before starting the car. "You look beautiful" Kai hesitantly said making me smile widely. I don't know why the compliment made me so happy. "Thank you" I kissed kai's cheek. Her cheeks turned a shade of pink. I giggled as she turned away from me.
"You look cute when you blush" I teased her. "I'm not blushing" she said as she parked in the parking lot of the cafe. "Yes you are" I smiled as I kissed her cheek again. "stop" she whined as she turned off the car. Her cheeks were more of a reddish shade now.
