Everyone was laughing, chatting and playing with their friends. She was there, sitting and staring at an empty wall for 30 minutes. She was on the first bench and that's also the reason no one made a friend with her. She talks casually with all but if she approaches someone, they'll just talk with her and go. Even if all the classmates present in the class, she felt alone. Even if her childhood friends called her, she felt alone. Only music made her feel alive. And the only companion. One day, a boy noticed her habits. He wanted to talk with her. As he approached,  she moved a step back. He extended his hand and introduced him. She looked into his eyes. Her eyes were blank. She also introduced herself but didn't shake hands. This made him more curious to know about her. To his knowledge, she was alone, all the time. At first, he thought it was her marks that stopped her from talking to anyone. But after seeing her eyes, he knew it was something else. He decided to talk to her but she excused herself every time. One day, they were alone in the classroom after 4 o' clock. She was watching her phone. He went and sat near her. She suddenly stood up. He held her hand and made her sit. She continued to stare at her phone. He snatched her phone and kept it in his pocket. She got annoyed and faced him. The first word from her that day was, "Yen ipdi panreenga?". He felt joy in his heart because she talked. He proceeded, "Neenga yen ipdi panreenga?".

"Naa yenna pannen?!" She thought for herself.

"Dho, ipdi dhaan. Oru kelvi keta yenaku neenga answer sollanum. You should not think yourself."

She kept mum for the next 5 minutes. "Correct dhaan!". She teared up. "But, what if naa solli mathavanga kekala na? What if they judge me? I don't want to hurt anyone. And naan pesna care-oda, love oda pesamaten, pesa theriyathu." She started crying so much. He embraced herself in a warm hug. She wiggled from his hold. But he caressed her back and whispered sweet nothings in her ears. She started embracing him and calmed herself.

"Much needed hug. Thanks!" She said after parting the hug.

"Ippo sollu. What's your problem?" He took her hands in his. "Nee pesna yaarum keka maatranga. You are alone in your world. Unaku nu nee friends vechuka maata. Apdiye vechukutaalum that's only for a week or a month. Adhuku aprm you will start isolating yourself. Attachment issues. Yenga naama avanga la advantage ah eduthukromo nu oru bayam. Before talking, thinking 5-10 times what to talk and unna yaarum important ah nenakala.. Basic needs- 'Saptiya?' 'Enna panra?' 'Are you fine?' 'Vaa, veliya polam', 'Nee sollu naan kekren' ipdi nu yaarum sonnadhu illa. Ipdi innum neraiya! Correct ah?"

He looked into her eyes for the first time.

"Epdi! Are you following me for months?", she asked.

"Unna paarthaale theridhu!"..

She smiled for the first time.

"Un face evlo azhaga irukku theriyuma? Keep your smile intact, Seri naa varen, already it's late. Sonnadhu laa nyabagam vechuko. I'll always be there for you. Edhu naalum enna contact pannu, seriya?"

She was silent.

"Seriya?"

"Ahn ok. Bye".

"Un per enna?" She asked.

"Rudra"

She was astonished. She felt that Lord Shiva had directly come.He left knowing that she would talk to others with enthusiasm. For him, she was just another girl who was affected, but for her, he was a saviour. A saviour she could always rely on.
