Kenan's mind was a storm of emotions as he made his way to confront Zeynep. He had arranged to meet her in a public place, a café where she couldn't easily cause a scene. He spotted her immediately, sitting at a corner table, her expression a mixture of defiance and satisfaction. As he approached, she looked up, her eyes flashing with anger."Kenan," she greeted him coldly.
"Zeynep," he replied, taking a seat across from her. He didn't bother with pleasantries. "What the hell were you thinking? Do you have any idea what you've done?"
She smirked, leaning back in her chair. "Oh, I know exactly what I did. And I don't regret it for a second."
His hands clenched into fists under the table. "This could ruin me, Zeynep. My career, my life... Leyla's life."
"Good," she snapped. "You both deserve it. You think you can just toss me aside and play happy families with her? Think again."
Kenan took a deep breath, trying to keep his temper in check. "This isn't just about me and Leyla. You're hurting so many other people with this. Why can't you see that?"
She leaned forward, her eyes blazing. "I don't care about anyone else. I cared about you, Kenan. And you threw me away like I was nothing. Now you get to see how it feels."
He shook his head, feeling a mixture of frustration and pity for her. "You're better than this, Zeynep. You don't have to destroy everything just to get back at me."
Her expression hardened. "I won't stop, Kenan. Not until you and Leyla are both as miserable as you've made me."
Kenan stood up, his patience exhausted. "If that's the way you want it, fine. But know this: I will protect Leyla from you. No matter what it takes."
He turned and walked away, his heart pounding with a mix of anger and determination. As he made his way back to Leyla, he felt the tension in his body building. When he arrived at her place, she was waiting for him, worry etched on her face.
"How did it go?" she asked, stepping into his arms.
He sighed, holding her close. "She's not backing down. If anything, she's more determined than ever."
Leyla's eyes darkened. "What are we going to do?"
Kenan kissed her forehead, feeling the fire in his chest ignite. "We're going to get through this, Leyla. Together. But right now, I need to forget about her. I need you."
She looked up at him, her eyes filled with understanding and something more—desire. "Then take me, Kenan. I'm yours."
He didn't need any more encouragement. He kissed her fiercely, pouring all his frustration and need into that kiss. They stumbled towards the bedroom, their hands tugging at each other's clothes. When they finally made it to the bed, Kenan's control snapped.
He pushed Leyla down onto the bed, his hands and lips exploring every inch of her skin. She responded eagerly, her own hands roaming over his body, urging him on. Their passion was a blazing inferno, consuming them both as they lost themselves in each other.
In the midst of their heated embrace, Kenan's phone buzzed repeatedly. He ignored it at first, but when it wouldn't stop, Leyla pulled away slightly, her breathing ragged.
"You should check that," she said, her voice husky.
Kenan reached for his phone, annoyance flickering through him. The messages were from Zeynep. He opened the latest one, his eyes widening in shock.
**Look outside.**
"What's wrong?" Leyla asked, sensing his tension.
Kenan jumped out of bed and ran to the window, pulling the curtains aside. His heart dropped at the sight. Flames were licking at the edge of his front yard, the fire rapidly spreading.
"Fuck! Leyla, call the fire department!" he shouted, grabbing his clothes.
She scrambled to find her phone while he rushed outside, trying to assess the situation. The fire was too big to handle alone, and panic started to set in. This wasn't just an act of revenge—it was dangerous, and it could hurt a lot of people.
As the sound of sirens approached, Kenan's mind raced. This had gone too far. Zeynep was out of control, and he needed to stop her before someone got seriously hurt. He turned to see Leyla standing in the doorway, her face pale with fear.
"We're going to be okay," he said, trying to reassure her as the fire trucks pulled up. But deep down, he knew that this was just the beginning of a battle that would test them both in ways they couldn't yet imagine.
