My name is tulip, I was a student at Durham university when it all started.
You know, I never thought my life would go this way.
I always wanted to be an astronaut
I love looking at the stars
I used to have dreams where I was so close to the sun I could feel all its warm in my heart
And now, im alone in an observatory, talking to a radio, hoping someone is out there listening.
Im looking at the sky, I can see stars.
Back in the days, the pollution used to covered them up.
But now that there are less of us, I can se more of them.
If I'm being honest
I prefer it this way.
