CHAPTER 10

When Nishant tried to take Arisha in his arms, Arisha said ; "I hate hugs."

 Having said this , she told everyone , " Take him carefully . " She went ahead and stopped a taxi and loaded all four of them into it .

 Nishant put his head out of the window and said , " I love you ! "  Arisha shook both hands and said, " Bye ! " And asked Driver to leave. The driver went away. He looked at me and then took the bag from me and said, "Let's go." I nodded yes. Carrying Veer on my  shoulders, i  started walking with her . While walking she asked , " How is mother ? "  

I said , " Okay, she  is busy with Ishaan these days . He doesn't study and Papa is busy in business . "  Arisha said nonchalantly, " A person learns bookish things by reading . To be successful in life ,  life experience is necessary . "  I became silent then I said , " You will not ask about Rajveer uncle . "  She smiled and looked at me and said , " No , every month when they need my signature , to pass the check ,I get the information . "

i asked " They know you are here , " said Arisha, surprised ." No, neither did I tell them nor did they want to know . Anyway ! When life is going on without knowing each other , then it is important to know about the condition of others . " There was no pain in Arisha's voice . There was just an emptiness . Even though I didn't want to , I asked , " Nishant ? " She looked at me and said , " Nothing special , we are together from first semester in the university . Seven months ago , he felt that we were special for each other . I told him . That he is trying to blow his mind , but he thinks he can give me a place in his life . How long will this last when my rilatives  can't stand by me ? I neither said yes nor no to it , nor will I stop it from coming into my life or stop it from going . " Having said this , she looked at me and said , " Whose daughter am I ? " Saying this she raised her eyebrows and then smiled  . 

The matter was deeply seated in Arisha's heart . She didn't care about those things but she had tied up her life . And shedidn't  wanted to open doors for anyone too . We had reached the intersection . Suddenly my phone started ringing . It was in my bag . Before Arisha could give me the phone , Veer vomited . I was handling him . And the phone was ringing . I said , " Please, pick up Arisha . " Arisha looked at the phone screen and then picked it up and said , " Hello ! " The phone got disconnected . Arisha said , " It's disconnected . " I took care of Veer and said , " No problem . " I tried to stop the taxi. Then Arisha went to the other side . By then the taxi had also stopped . She came back and gave a bottle of lemon water to Veer and said , " If you don't want to go to the hospital, you should not drink it. Be it alcohol or drugs . Stay away from both . " Saying this , she put her hand on Veer's head . Veer looked at her with half-opened eyes and he smiled . She looked at me and called me on her phone and said , " As long as I am here , I will stay in touch . " I made Veer sit in the taxi and said , " As long as I am here means, where are you going ? "

Arisha said , " The day itself . i will know where to go , that day I will tell you also . " Saying this , she winked and turned and went to the other side . She waved her hand in the air while leaving . May sat in the taxi . When I saw the phone , it was Tanuja's . I didn't feel like talking . I was just thinking about Arish the whole way . Two days have passed . Neither Arisha was found nor her call came . I had the number but I didn't have the courage to call . I was going towards class when a voice came from behind , " Idhan ? " I turned and Tanuja was standing there . Tanuja was Veer's friend .

 They knew each other from India only . Tanuja never talked to Veer but after coming to New York , she herself extended her hand of friendship towards Veer and the boy reached the seventh clould . He liked Tanuja but never had the courage to say it . Tanuja came closer and said , " I called you two days ago . You picked up . It was some girl who picked up . " I suddenly remembered that Tanuja had called. I said , " Ha, I have found that old friend . " Just then Ver came from inside, he looked at Tanuja and said , " Oh , Hi Tanuja. "  Tanuja smiled and looked at me and said , " Who friend ?" I would have said something . Then Veer said , " Arisha . " Tanuja looked at Veer and said , " You also know her ? " Veer pointed backwards and said, 

" Arisha. "
