Issei laid unconcious in his hospital bed, though his breathing was steady and any injuries seemed to have healed he showed no signs of waking up any time soon. That's when a bright light engulfed Issei's room and as it disappeared so did Issei. "Ugh..." Grunting Issei slowly opened his eyes and was met with none other than the archangel Michael. "Good morning, Issei. We have a lot to discuss." Issei raised a confused brow before his head shot to look around him. "I-I'm in Heaven!?" Issei shouted, shooting up to his feet with a panicked expression. "Did I die!?"
Back on Earth
"Rias, baby, I can hear you drooling over the phone." Y/n spoke, sitting at a maid café sipping coffee and grabbing a feel of the thick maids when they'd serve him or walk by, not seemingly bothered let alone noticing his grabbing. "Look, I said I'd give you girls a fair and equal amount of attention! ...ugh... Of course you're enough, baby! I'm nothing like Issei! I only need you! ...You're being greedy right now, babe. I just wanna make everyone Issei wronged happy! Once the other girls are satisfied it's just you and me from there, okay? Trust me, baby. ....Thank you, you're a sweetheart. Really, you are." Y/n moved the phone away from his ear before hanging up and putting it into his pocket.
Y/n's eyes followed a maid walking past him and when he took his eyes off her to sip his coffee he saw someone suddenly sat opposite of him, Gabriel. Y/n raised a brow before smiling. "Oh, hello~ Can I help you... angel?" Y/n tilted his head and hummed. "Don't think I've met you before. Never really dealt with angels. So! Which one are you, darling~?" Y/n leaned forward, resting his chin in the palm of his hand. "I am the archangel Gabriel and I have a message for you." Y/n seemed to be thoroughly surprised, looking Gabriel up and down. "I never expected you'd be a... well... A woman. Not that a woman can't be an archangel but... I mean... The name Gabriel!" Y/n chuckled, but Gabriel clearly wasn't paying attention to his rambling.
Noticing Gabriel's lack of paying attention Y/n's usual confident smile that came with having the power of God lowered. "Alright, what the fuck do you want to tell me?" Gabriel frowned at Y/n's cursing. "That power you possess, it does not belong to you." Gabriel stated firmly with a stern glare at Y/n who was rather amused by her statement. "Riiight... Well, riddle me this... God's dead! So who does this power belong to then if not the guy that has it?" Y/n questioned which clearly made Gabriel unhappy. "Please, be reasonable. You may have received God's power but you did not inherit his omniscience. Meaning you can't even fully use his power!" Gabriel exclaimed desparately, getting no reaction from Y/n.
"Oooh yeah... Holy trinity and all that right? Suppose I only got one third of that triangle right? Meaning someone out the other has his omniscience and someone who has his omnipresence...." Y/n pondered before grinning menacingly and sitting back in his chair. "Thank you for the information, Gabriel! And for your information... I took a full year off to learn all I need to of this power, so don't try to stop me when I come for MY throne, alright? Thanks, babe." Y/n blew Gabriel a kiss before disappearing as if blinking out of existence. "Wait, no- ...urgh...! Should've known I couldn't reason with a demon... But I suppose this was a part of the plan..." Gabriel muttered to herself in frustration.
Heaven,
"Now, I don't quite understand it myself, but God did exist outside of time so the fact that he was able to give his power to Y/n whilst already being dead sounds reasonable enough." Michael explained, Issei seeming to have stayed somewhat along. "So... When God died he split himself into three people by giving them pieces of himself from the Holy Trinity...? But...! And those people that inherited his pieces includes Y/n? Who's only able to use a fraction of God's infinite power and still kicked my ass!?" Issei exclaimed in frustration with Ddraig interjecting, "A fraction of infinity is quite a large fraction." Issei let out a frustrated sigh, massaging his forehead.
"Alright.... How do we stop Y/n? From y'know... Fully becoming God?" Issei questioned and Michael took a moment to answer. "Well... If all members of the trinity meet at once they'd fuse together back into God with Y/n and the other two disappearing into his very being... But... If Y/n finds them one by one..." Michael's voice trailed off and Ddraig would finish the thought for him, "Y/n could take their pieces of God and if he did it right... He could prevent the joining of all the pieces from turning him into God. Which is exactly what'll happen if he gets to the omniscient piece first."
Issei groaned and fell down onto his back, defeating Y/n wasn't a hopeless endeavor but it sure was a pain in the ass. "Don't fret, Issei. We already have the omniscient one with us in Heaven. His very well protected and even if Y/n came here to look for him all we'd have to do is bring the omnipresent piece here before Y/n finds the other piece hidden here." Michael spoke with Issei shooting up to a sitting position. "Alright! So the longer Y/n takes to get here the more time we have! So I can't believe I'm saying this but... The longer Y/n takes fucking my harem the better..." Issei grit his teeth and clenched his fists, getting a pitying look from Michael. "Don't worry, Issei. Once God is returned I'm sure he'll undo all of Y/n's cruel acts."
Michael reassured and just then the sound of fighting and screaming came from outside causing him and Issei to rush outside to see Heaven burning. "Yo! Made it just in time! Oh! And is that Issei I see? Come to party too, have you?" Y/n shouted in amusement, surrounded by bright flames and corpses of angels some of which had their wings ripped off. "What have you done!?" Michael shouted angrily and Y/n looked around at the mess he caused before looking back at Michael with a grin. "What? I got tired of them flying around and peppering me with their light attacks! Felt like I was fighting Starlight from The Boys with how useless they were!" Y/n laughed but said laughed died down quickly as neither Michael nor Issei really reacted.
"What? Don't uh... Don't get the reference...? Ah... Well... It did give me an idea! Seeing as I'm just about growing bored of you Issei!" Despite his laugh dying down Y/n's maniacal grin remained. "I'm gonna run through you." Issei gulped, readying himself for whatever Y/n was gonna do. "Don't you mean run me through..?" Issei asked to which Y/n laughed and shook his head. "Hahah! No." Y/n launched himself at Issei only to recieve a right hook to the face from Michael which sent him flying back. "Focus, Issei!" Michael shouted and Issei nodded before Michael flew off to continue the assault on Y/n.
Y/n stopped his momentun mid-air, causing an explosion of air behind him. "Huh... Here I thought that angel looked soft..." Y/n cracked his neck with closed eyes and as he opened them he caught a punch from Michael which created a loud boom and caused a shockwave to explode from their fist and hand connecting. "Phew! You must be Michael. Heard about you from Issei's and the gang's time in Heaven! And also from the bible... Gotta say... I expected you to look... I don't know..." Suddenly Y/n shot to the ground bringing Michael with him and slammed him down against the ground so hard it bounced Michael off and created a giant crater. "A lot tougher." With Michael still in the air Y/n let go of his fist and uppercutted him out of the crater.
"Is that the throne room over ther-" Y/n spoke whilst walking out of the crater, only to be interrupted when he made it out and was shot back down by a large red beam that exploded into a dome like shape. Michael stood up to his feet with Issei landing down next to him in his Cardinal Crimson Promotion armor. "You think we can do this?" Issei asked as Y/n walked up from the smoke caused by the explosion. "Gabriel's in search of the last piece. But I have to say, despite wanting Y/n here I didn't think he'd come so soon." Michael spoke quietly to Issei and the two then stared off with Y/n. "I'm gonna show Lucifer how conquering Heaven is done!" Y/n shouted, charging at Michael and Issei.
