The sun rays disturbed the peaceful sleep of Ishan who was now awake Ishan hisses when he tried to wake up the back pain was killing him his thighs were numb and Ishan was extremely exhausted even after having a proper rest he was feeling drained, Ishan looks to his side searching for Shubman but he wasn't there instead there was a letter with a Rose ishan smiles taking the letter and the rose

Dear Ishan

I love you to the point I can't describe it in words but I am writing this to let you know that I won't be able to embrace you daily as I have something unfinished business in Panjab, don't worry love it's nothing just some work related problem and I promise you I'll be back soon.

Ishan was confused it was all good by yesterday night but now what's wrong his tears falls on the letter he don't know why he was crying because he understands that Shubman is a prince who has lots of duties and Ishan should understand this but his tears were not in his control he was angry but he also loves Shubman too much for being angry with him

"Ishan...hey Krishna please stop crying" Suchitra comes inside ishan's room and hugs her son who was sitting on the bed Ishan also hugs his mother feeling the warmth and love he needs

"I've told him that I'll do that but he smiled and politely decline , he really loves you Ishan and trust me he's a diamond" Ishan was feeling very light after listening to his mother's words who was staring at his face weirdly Ishan notices her worry

" Ma kya hua.." Ishan said looking at his mother who shakes her head and again looks at Ishan's glowing face with the weird yellowish glow on Ishan's face was which was indicating something that shocked Ishan's mother

"Ishan kya...kya..tu...mera matlab hai hey Krishna" Ishan's mother tried to ask the question which was eating her but failed because of her son's innocent eyes but Ishan was super confused now

"Kishu tell me truthfully.....did..you feel nauseous and dizzy sometimes did....did..you have your bleedings " Ishan's face was red in embarrassment as he understands what his mother was indicating to, how he will not he was a medical student himself
