* Isla-Wren's POV *
My day goes by as normal until I get back home after school and see my social worker Nate
Nate: Hiya Isla
I give him a cautious wave and a nervous look
Nate: can we have a little chat in the office?
I nod and follow him in then he closes the door and blinds before sitting down whilst I stay stood up
Nate: so, how do I say this?
He takes a breath before continuing
Nate: We have found your birth mum and she wants you back
I look at him blankly whilst I process the information
Nate: Now I have talked to her on the phone and she seems like a very nice lady and we are going to meet her tomorrow for lunch
I nod
Nate: would you like to see a picture of her?
I nod so he gives me his phone which has a picture of Lucy bronze so I look at him confused
Nate: Your mum is Lucy Bronze
I give him wide eyes
He talks to me a bit more about it and the situation and then leaves so I get changed into my everyday clothes, grab Jeff and go to the park to kick the ball around not wanting to go to training today.
I get back home for the same time I would after training and do my usual routine before going to bed thinking about all this new information.
