Minho hadn't been this hesitant in his entire life. He landed back in Felix's kingdom groaning as he sat in the car after arriving at the airport early in the morning.
His manager, Seungmin, sat next to him, looking curious and somewhat bored.
Seungmin gazed out the window. "Why am I stuck with you in this mess?"
"Because you were with me. It's common sense, Seungmin!" Minho hissed, rolling his eyes in frustration.
Seungmin sighed dramatically. "Great, now I get to be part of the royal presidency drama. Just what I always dreamed of"
Minho shot him a glare. "Look, just help me get through this. I don't need your sarcasm right now"
Seungmin smirked "Fine. fine. But you owe me big time after this."
Minho sighed, leaning back in his seat. "Yeah, yeah. I know. Just... let's get this over with."
Glancing at Seungmin who was scrolling through his phone.
"So, we're going straight to the guest house. The prince is waiting there with his manager and a media person from their place," Seungmin said not looking up.
"Great, just great" Minho groaned, rubbing his temples. "Facing him again so soon. Can't wait to see his ass"
Seungmin chuckled, shaking his head. "Careful with your words in front of him. And just remember to play nice. We don't need another cake alike incident"
Minho rolled his eyes nodded. "Yeah, I got it. Smile, shake hands, pretend we're best friends. Easy. Enough. Stunt"
"Let's hope so" Seungmin replied, putting his phone away. "Ready for round two with Prince Felix?"
Minho sighed heavily, bracing himself for the meeting leaning to the car seat "As ready as I'll ever be"
"You better!" Seungmin scoffed, pointing his finger at Minho. "No mess this time"
Minho swatted Seungmin's hand away. "Yeah, yeah, I got it. Let's just get this over with."
As the car pulled up to the guest house, Minho took a deep breath, mentally preparing himself for it. Stepping out of the car, he straightened his shirt and walked towards the entrance with Seungmin by his side.
Outside the entrance, Prince Felix stood waiting with his manager and a media person, his expression a mix of annoyance and forced politeness.
"Great! Here we go" Minho muttered under his breath, plastering on a smile as they approached. "Time to face the storm"
Felix stared at him giving him a hand shake "Good to see you again my friend. Minho"
Felix stared at him, extending his hand for a handshake. "Good to see you again, my friend. Minho" he said, his smile polite but his eyes betraying a hint of annoyance.
