4. First Raid

Texting...

Han Yoojin: "Hey! Choi Han! What's up?"

Choi Han: "Yoojin? Nothing much, why?"

Han Yoojin: "Wanna go to a dungeon together? My brother is coming as well as a few others. Can you also ask Cale about this?"

Choi Han: "Alright! But Cale-nim probably won't come."

Han Yoojin: "Hm, why? He has his hunter's license, right?"

Choi Han: "Cale-nim doesn't like fighting.. and I can't have him getting hurt again..."

Han Yoojin: "You guys won't be fighting if you don't want to. It's just for you two to experience what it's like inside a dungeon."

Choi Han: "Will it be safe?"

Han Yoojin: "Of course! Other s-classes will be there too."

Choi Han: "If you say so..."

Choi Han was sitting on the couch, next to Cale who was also on his phone.

Choi Han looked at Cale, "Cale-nim."

Cale looked up from his phone, "what is it?"

"Yoojin asked if you would like to go inside a dungeon with him and a few others..."

Cale frowned immediately, wearing a face full of displeasure. He had already told Choi Han he wasn't doing all this hunter stuff.

Choi Han started panicking, "Yoojin promised it'll be safe! There will be many s-classes! He said that we'll only be observing what it's like inside a dungeon since we're new hunters! It won't be dangerous!" He frantically explained the situation.

Hearing this, Cale only grew more unwilling to join. "Are you sure they don't have any other intentions? Aren't you wary of the fact that they're bringing multiple s-classes? What if they plan to get rid of us inside a dungeon where nothing inside gets out?"

"Cale-nim.. Yoojin isn't that kind of person!..."

Cale didn't budge, 'you just met him yesterday..?'

Ding!

A new message from Yoojin.

Han Yoojin: "I forgot to tell you but the cash reward for clearing the s-class dungeon we'll be going to is set at 150 million won per person."

Cale and Choi Han stared at the screen for a good second.

"Alright. I'll do it."

"Yay, Cale-nim!" Choi Han exclaimed in joy.

A few days flew by in a flash, now it was finally time for the dungeon raid.

"Cale-nim, are you ready?" Choi Han asked cheerfully.

They were wearing simple protective gear and clothing that were trending and popular amongst hunters, except, they were of better material and quality befitting an s-class.
