Kritika's dad who put some people to spy on her got to know about Verma and his people whom Kritika met often. Also her identity as Fairy was also found out by Kritika's parents which didn't just scare them but also angered them. Kritika was called home to talk about this matter. Her parents were scared that they might lose their daughter due to Verma and his people. Akash and Ragini only had Kritika and they were ready to go to any extent to keep their daughter safe. Shruti on the other hand was with her father, Agni, Shakti Raj and Satyendra  gone to deal with a situation faced in their business. Nick had to go abroad with some of his works and Kaira was with her parents who were abroad when their enemies barged into Verma's mansion where only Veena was present. This was what they planned, a time with none around perfect to attack and destroy the soft spot of their enemies. And once Verma comes to his lowest point in life they would attack him too and take away everything from him.

Veena was in the kitchen cooking something sweet for her children to give them when they come back. She made it also for her dearest husband. And when Veena cooked she didn't like anyone being in the kitchen so the servants and staff were out. There were few servants inside and some guards outside the mansion. The sound of guns going off and screams were what made Veena rush to the hall area leaving the food there turning off the gas to find the servants dead on the floor. Veena got horrified and sensed the danger. Without wasting time she ran to a safer place while trying to call her husband and the children. The phone always used to be in her hands, she clicked the emergency button which sent information to all who were in her emergency list. It included Kritika too and she got the notification on the phone while she was in a heated conversation with her parents but as soon as Kritika saw it was from Veena, leaving her parents demented she left to Verma's mansion. Seeing Kritika worried her father was about to follow but she stopped him and drove away swiftly in hurry.

Rakesh and Shruti along with the others who were in a meeting got the message and waited no more to set off to the mansion which was much distant from their current location. Kaira and Nick tried calling everyone in fear to make sure Veena was alright but none picked the phone and they were trying to catch a ticket to get back sooner.

Veena on the other hand unfortunately ran into the people from whom she was running away. "Oh hi there, Mrs. Verma. This is our first meeting and definitely the last too." Spoke a giant guy in black tux and white shirt in which blood was splattered. He was sitting on a chair calmly awaiting her. There stood two more people in suits beside him and the rest six of their people were in a full black costume carrying sharp weapons standing around the room. There was a gun in the giant guy's hand that he was admiring while speaking to Veena.

"Wha- what do you all want? Please- please leave me." Veena spoke with her trembling voice gathering her fortitude. And the three of the guys burst into laughter.

"Take this as the punishment for your husband and your dearest children's sins." The guy spoke.

"If so," Veena began, "Will you forgive them if you punish me?" She continued after a deep breath.

"Why, dear? You're willing to sacrifice yourself to save them?" One of the two men standing asked curiously.

"Ye-yes." Veena said while tears created a cascade from her eyes.

"How about we give you an offer?" The third guy spoke with a wicked smile. "We will leave your husband and daughter alone but-"

"Bu-but?" Veena's throat dried out.

With the same smile he continued "We'll kill the rest of the members of your stupid V's family." Hearing that Veena's eyes popped and more tears like crystals rolled down leaving their mark on her cheeks.

"No! No, bastards! Do not touch my children!" She spoke courageously in a fierce voice.

"Too much love for them in your heart, ehh? Fine then that heart will be pierced with a bullet and we'll let your love overflow." The giant guy said while loading his gun as the others laughed. Veena froze on her spot. She knew there was no escaping from this. She closed her eyes in acceptance when she heard a voice.
