▬▬▬▬▬FALLING FROM THE TOP OF THE EIFFEL TOWER TO HER DEATH is not how Hyacinth planned her life to end, yet she cannot deny that the view is wonderful.

And it all started almost four weeks ago when Justin, a sweet boy from the Aphrodite cabin requested her assistance in his mission, which was assigned by his mother to search for the elixir of youth which, apparently, had been stolen by a kind of rebellious cherub.

The truth is that Hyacinth had to suspect it at the time when much of their mission, since their departure from Camp Half-Blood, was extremely uneventful. Only running into monsters that easily fell under Matt's ax or strangled by roots courtesy of her.

They even had time for Justin to take a self-portrait with a traveling caricaturist placed under the tower, but seriously, Hyacinth should have seen it coming, after all, if there's anyone who doesn't know what it's like to be lucky, is a demigod.

Because everything started to go downhill the moment they tried to go up the elevator and it was out of service, making them walk until they reached almost the top, sweaty, tired, what Hyacinth wanted was for the cherub that had stolen the exile from Aphrodite's youth was an adorable being with whom they could solve everything just by talking.

Obviously it was not like that, because the cherub turned out to be a kind of gentleman in his fifties with curly white hair who wore a pink suit, who apparently all he wanted was for all mortals to be as young and beautiful as them.

Hyacinth was about to tell him that she was sure that's not what Lana Del Rey meant when she wrote the song, but Matt, deciding to speak up when his only neuron is at rest, had beaten her to it, clearly notifying the cherub that he was anything but young and handsome.

She can't really blame the cherub━seriously, no one likes to be reminded that they're not as young as they really feel━but she can blame the slow growth of her vines, which had caused her to take an arrow in the  arm courtesy of the Lana del Rey fan.

So she's falling at only the gods know how many miles per hour, her body tense and rigid thanks to the pink poison that glistened like strawberry jelly at the tip of the arrow. Hyacinth can't even summon a couple of leaves or nearby vegetation to help break her fall.
