I nodded to everyone and walked down the stairs to sit next to Knox.

"good job Golding." Wright and Clarke whispered over to me, i gave then a thankful nod and then turned my head back to the stage. "you did good G, i can tell you love them even if you act like you dont" Knox leaned over to whisper to me. I shook my head and gave a smile before nudging him to pay attention.

Time skip, after ceremony

"can we go home now?" i asked my brother as i pulled Knox over before he got ran into by a kid, "yes Char, you all good Carter?" Knox nodded at Grant "boys?" Grant looked over at the group. A couple yeps went around and then we walked to the parking lot which had two cars for us since they planned on taking us to Grants. "Sooo whos going with who" Gaege said while looking at Grant "um you take Charlotte and Carter in one car with their bags and ill take the others" he replied back and threw him a set of keys. My eyes were locked on his hands as he caught it and started twirling it around on his pointer finger, Knox nudged me and whispered in my ear "staring much" i snapped out of my "staring" and pushed me as he let out a laugh causing Gaege to look over at us.

Gaege Pov

I watched as the girl i just met messed with that other guy it made me feel weird, i dont know why. were they dating? they said i love you to eachother, they're always touching eachother aswell. hell what does it matter to me i literally met her yesterday.  "Alright ill see you at your house" i said looking back over to the boys and unlocked the car, which signaled Charlotte and Carter to get in. Charlotte decided to sit in the front while Carter took the seat behind her, she huffed and took off her coat and threw it in the back seat, my eyes wandered to her tattoos again while i started the car. Girls with tattoos does something to me and its scary and hot.

I turned the radio up slightly and pulled out following the others back to his house, it was silent in the car except for the music playing but it was okay with me since i didnt know them well. after a few minutes i looked in the mirror and saw Carter slumped over onto the door sleeping and then i glanced over at Charlotte looking out the window her eyes slowly blinking . Her side profile wad very pretty, her eye lashes were long and fluffy and were ecebtuated with her mascara, her nose was like a bunnies, and the slick back bun pulled her face and made the lighting hit it in just the right places. I remember i was driving and put my attention back to the road infront of me and realized i almost ran a stop sign, i braked and took my hands off the wheel to crack my knuckles which made her look over but i just decided not to be awkward and didnt look over.

As we drove one of my favorite songs came on, weird to say but it was Happier. I started humming along to the song and tapping my fingers on the wheel before turning it, finally catching up to the others again.

Charlotte Pov

"Happier" started playing on the radio and i froze slightly and looked in the mirror to make sure Knox was still asleep or i knew he would have ratted me out for being the singer of this song. I looked back out the window softly humming the song. I heard Gaege humming along to and slightly smiled before letting my eyes shift to him, i observed his features his eyes were piercing into the road ahead, his adams apple bobbing up and down as he hummed the lyrics, his slight beard shined in the daylight. "So find someone great but don't find no one better" i lightly whispered to myself while my eyes were still locked on him, he's kinda cute. Wait what no. no no no, you just met him. stop. He looked at me singing that line and our eyes met, his greyish green eyes glowed in sunlight. They were beyond pretty, my face heated up as we kept eye contact. it felt like forever. he let out a little smile and i just looked at his lips before catching myself and remembered he was driving, i looked at the road and surprisingly he was still going straight "you may want to pay attention to the road you may kill us and that would be alot of time on your sentence cause of me and him" i said in a slightly joking tone making him smile again and turn back to the road.
