Time skip 3 weeks later

Graduation was so soon you could smell it in the air, cadets were sharper and better than ever, everyone was in a better mood than when we first started training, grey was still on top, and surprisingly Hill was on time every time after that whole thing that happened.
I walked out to the field like always, everyday, on time with my coffee i saw my cadets and let my eyes soften slightly looking over all of them. "good morning flight" i said loudly while walking to the front of them, "good morning maam!". "today we will be doing jodys and just marching around and everything, also we will be doing idrs." i glanced over at all of them and called them at ease. i let them calm down as i waited for knox's group to join us on our field, i glanced down at my phone and saw a text from Grant.

G: How you doing Char?

C: doing fine about to do jodys lol, waiting on Knox and his slow ass

G: lol aye i wanna see him again, Well the boys are here btw so im just letting you know

C: You will see him he's going to your house with me and then going home

G: Alrighty!

I hear Knox yelling at them to halt and then him laugh so i turn around and see his flight face to face with me, i step back after i jumped slightly and leaned over my side to look at him "Knox im going to beat your ass." "id like to see you try Goldy-ingg" he knows better than to call me anything but my last name around others. i chuckled at his mistake and told him to get his flight either behind or infront of mine. "of course you chose infront ass hole" he laughed and put his cadets at ease and brought me to the side "everyones coming and Martell so we'll boot him all the way to back" "nope in the middle front and back or the best flights" i responded back. "yes maam" he jokingly said and started telling other flights where to go and Martell tried to go infront of all but i yelled at him and he stomped over to where we put him, me and Knox looked over at eachother and started giggling.

"ALL RIGHT FLIGHTS" i shouted to all of the at ease cadets "WE WILL BE DOING JODYS, DO GOOD STAY ON STEP. don't embarrass us." i stood infront of all the flights while the other drill sergeants stood by their flights. "FLIGHT" i yelled and they shouted back "SQUADRON" i then yelled "ATTENTION" and everyone went to attention then i yelled "forward HARCH" and marched out of the way and back to my flight and followed Knox's flight and then we started jodys. Knox knew to do me good so he started off the jody with my flight (alpha) "COME ON ALPHA START IT UP" he yelled back to us.
