Wallace had just returned from his long and exhausting business trip to Unova, and was relieved to be back home and in the arms of his beloved partner, Steven. Steven had come to visit him and had decided to stay the night, which Wallace was more than happy to accommodate. But as the night wore on, Wallace found himself becoming increasingly reluctant to let Steven leave the bed.
Steven: baby~ You've got to let me get up I have a business meeting today you know that *he brushes the hair out of Wallace's face*
Wallace: no I refuse *he pouts and buries his face into Steven's chest* I'm not ready for you to leave I've been gone for such a long time now you don't even want to hold me
Steven: Wallace.. you know that's not true *he sighs and wraps his arms around his beloved tightly* I can only stay for a little while
Wallace smiles softly at Steven's words. He knows that his partner is right, but he just can't help feeling selfish in this moment. He wants Steven all to himself and doesn't want to share him with anyone else. Steven's embrace is so comforting and reassuring, it feels like a safe haven where nothing bad can touch him. Wallace nuzzles into Steven's chest and closes his eyes, enjoying the feeling of being held tightly and not wanting it to end.
