Next came the trial of strength. Elara was pitted against a seasoned warrior in a test of combat. Though her opponent was skilled, Elara’s determination and agility gave her the edge. She fought with all her might, and in the end, emerged victorious.
“You have shown great strength,” the Council said. “But strength alone is not enough.”
Elara, bruised and exhausted, felt a sense of accomplishment. She had proven her physical prowess, but she knew there were more trials to come.
