It was May. The school year was about to end. Lincoln was walking to underneath the bleachers on the outside gym. That was one of the places in the school where he could get peace and quiet. He was not very happy. He was flunked a test which he knows he got most of the right answers on. His teacher flunked him on purpose, and he knows it.

He was beat up by his sisters again, over money, surprise surprise. He was also framed for things he didn't do either. He couldn't take it much longer.

But he had to do what was right. He always forgives them, he always makes it up to them, he always loves them, you have to be the bigger person...

...right?

-----------------------------

Lincoln is currently in his usual spot underneath the bleachers. When he was there, he smelled smoke. Not like smoke from vanzilla, he smelt cigarette smoke. Someone was smoking under here. Even more concerning, he was not alone in there. He then looked to see a boy who looked to be in the 8th grade and as tall as Anderson or Pablo. He was wearing a black beanie with a skull on it, a "LIMP BIZKIT: THREE DOLLAR BILL YALL$" jacket with the right font and colors on it, jeans, and a pair of DCs.

"How's it going?" the boy said with the cigarette in his mouth. He had a deep teenage voice.

"What?" Lincoln asked.

The boy took the cigarette out of his mouth and slowly turned his head towards him.

"You Lincoln Loud?" the boy asked.

"Uhhh... yeah, why?" Lincoln asked.

"Just wondering... Lynn Loud has a brother and you have that same face. You're him." the boy said, "You look kind of upset. Let me guess, Math teacher fail you?".

"Uh... yes, actually. He failed me on pur-" Lincoln was interrupted.

"Purpose? Welcome to the club. Did the same treatment to me when I was in 6th grade." The boy said as he put the cigarette back in his mouth.

"Really?" Lincoln asked.

"Yep. He's an asshole. I can also tell that's not the only thing that's on your mind. What's wrong?" The boy asked him.

"Oh, it's just some sister drama at home, you probably wouldn't care." Lincoln said.

"Nah, I care. I'm bored as hell right now. *Cough, cough* come, take a seat." Teddy said as Lincoln sat down near him.

"Before we start, I didn't get your name." Lincoln said.

"Theodore James Parker III. Nice to meet you. Call me Teddy." Teddy said before taking the cigarette out of his mouth.

"Well, Teddy, I was framed. One minute, I was just in my room, minding my own business, then the next minute, I was being accused of stealing." Lincoln said.

"Ha. Stealing's part of my life." Teddy said, "Go ahead.".

"I was also beaten up by them over money, now I have 10 sisters and money's tight." Lincoln said.

"Jesus, 10?" Teddy said.

"That's right." Lincoln said.

"Your parents ever heard of condoms?" Teddy asked, "They want government cheese?".

"I wonder that too..." Lincoln said.

"Might I ask, Lincoln, did you get any revenge on your sisters?" Teddy asked.

"No." Lincoln said.

"Why not?" Teddy asked in disbelief.

"Because it's what's right. You have to forgive. You have to be the bigger person." Lincoln said.

"Fuck being the bigger person." Teddy said, "If someone kicks you down, and you just sit there and take it, you're their bitch. Lincoln, I got a question, if someone shoots you, stabs you, rapes you, steals from you, or worse, would you want to forgive them?".

"It's not about what I want." Lincoln said, "It's about what's right.".

"Well, it's not right to willfully allow yourself to be manipulated. It's not right to let people walk around on you. It's gets to a certain point where you got to stomp the shit out of them. It doesn't matter what's right, it doesn't matter who's in the right, what matters is getting revenge at times. You have to defend yourself, Lincoln. If you really think that forgiving your sisters over and over again and again after doing the worst shit possible to you is okay, how do you think that's going to work out in the real world for ya, huh? Where's your fucking dignity? Your self-respect?" Teddy said.

"Yeah, b-but..." Lincoln slightly stuttered, starting to rethink. He then sighed. He knew Teddy was right. He had to retaliate against his sisters.

"Want a smoke?" Teddy asked.

"Uh... sure..." Lincoln reluctantly said as he grabbed one.

"Lighter?" Teddy asked.

"Uh, sure." Lincoln said as Teddy lit his smoke for him.

Lincoln then put it up to his mouth and breathed, only to cough like a chimney.

"Hey, I remember my first smoke, haha." Teddy said.

After a little while of silence, Lincoln asked, "What can you do to help be more, well, tough?".

"Well, for one thing, we have to get rid of that goofy ass fit and that yee-yee ass haircut that you got." Teddy said as he looked at Lincoln, "But we'll work on it.".
