The atmosphere was tense. I didn't look or even speak a word to kayci or Sarah as they walked in. My mind was reeling. What was I meant to do? If Kayci and Sarah were betraying me, could the others? I sat there contemplating as Kayci and Sarah acted normal. They were so good at acting. Aspin walked back in and started conversing with leah and chloe. Could they all be against me?

Calvin has also be silent with me lately, with the same old shitty response to every message I sent him. The thought came to me so suddenly.

Star messages would be the quickest way to contact my old friend, one of the only ways to. Scrolls would take too long. I need to do this Star message out of view of the others, just to keep them in the thought that I was the weakest link. Especially Sarah and kayci.

"I'm going for some fresh air." I muttered to no one in particular aspin nodded leah smiled as I walked out the door, and kept walking to the woods close to my house, the wall gave me time to think, to organise what I've learnt and heard about Kayci and Sarah and their link to the god, also to send this star message and pray to God shay answers quick enough.

I made it to the woods just in time the sun was setting and the stars were coming out, I could feel my power thrumming through my fingertips i loved that power that sense of comfortability with it, the thought of everything I could do with it.

I sat patiently waiting and got comfortable in the grass as I waited for the sun to set and the stars to be at their peak. I pulled out my paper and scribbled my message swiftly while drawing the star's and their language it took me awhile to perfect the specific symbols for shay's name and for the paper to send through the stars as well as the message itself it was a particular skill to learn star messages.

As the stars hit their peak, I folded the paper into as small as I could get it and threw it, the power boiling in my blood, as I launched the paper into the air, the symbols and my own hand ablaze in the pure white power exploding as the  paper  burnt to Ash and disappeared into the night, I let out a sigh and got comfortable as I waited for shay's reply.
