"I'm really sorry dude, i didn't look where i was going" Issei quickly gets up and offers him a hand, The Kid looks up at him before grabbing his hand and lifting himself up
"I can tell" The Kid groans and stares at Issei, He quickly gives him the bag, it takes him a few seconds after to realize who he bumped into
"Hey... aren't you the new guy who recently moved here?" Issei asked the kid who nods
"Yeah i am...Your one of my neighbors i assume?" Issei nods and points to himself
"That's right, I'm Issei Hyoudou, Im a Third Year Student and currently living with my parents, Call me Issei or Issei Onii-san"
The Blue haired kid smiles and bows slightly "Nice to meet you....Onii-San, My names Remilio Scarlet"
"Again sorry for bumping into you, I really didn't mean it" Issei scratches the back of his head while Remilio giggles
"It was just an accident Nii-san, I'm not hurt so don't worry about it" Issei nods
"Nii-San i need to ask...Where were you going before we collided" Remilio tilts his head curious
"Oh well i was going to head to....school" It Issei a moment before he grabs his dropped school bag and bows to Remilio

Issei walks out of his house on another day of school, he proceeded to go to school before he hears the sound of humming on the house next to him
He walks to the gate and sees Remilio watering a serious of Roses on pots, He notices his visitor peering from underneath his sun hat
"Good morning Issei" His gentle voice and graceful wave of his head almost makes him older then what he look like
"Morning Remilio, Tending to some Flowers i see" Remilio nods before putting down the watering can
"Its quite a wonderful hobby and Please call me Rem, I don't mind" Issei nods before walking away waving at Remilio while he does so
"Hang on Issei" He calls out to him who stops
He walks out from his house towards her carrying a White Frilly Parasol
"Your going to school right? I'm going past there so let's walk together" Issei gives him a thumbs up making Remilio giggle
While walking Issei couldn't help but stare at the Mysterious Boy who suddenly moved next to his parents house
Red eyes, Pure white suit that looks to be really expensive, Blue fluffy hair and a Unnaturally Pale Complexion
The person notices his stare anf looks at him, His small smile still visible while tilting his head
"...You know you kinda look like a Vampire" His eyes widen slightly as he puts a finger on his cheek
"Really? What makes you think that?" Issei points at him making Remilio tilt his head

"...Nevermind" Issei sighs and looks ahead while Remilio stares at his gloved hand in confusion
They eventually arrive at the School gate, Remilio turns to him
"Well I'll be going now, Take care Nii-san" He bows before he walks away
"You too and don't talk to strangers.... Especially Adult Women!!" Issei shouts back watching his Back of his head which was covered by his umbrella
"That kids definitely gonna attract a lot of attention, especially from mature ladies!!!" Issei clenches his fist
"So jealous!! His definitely gonna grow up to be like that Ikeman!!" Issei enters school while grumbling
Meanwhile a Red Haired Girl watches Issei from the Second floor window and seems particularly interested in both Issei and Remilio

I made this new story as a One Day Late Birthday Present from me to you, Y'know like in Genshin
I won't be posting a Bio here btw, If your interested on seeing his full skill set then go and open the [Grimiore] Book for a quick read
If your an old reader, Don't worry I'll still be updating my first book but it'll be less frequent since im juggling between two books, I'll mostly focus on this one
