Blaise POV
"How far are you willing to go to protect the ones you love?" Voldemort said while walking behind me.
"I would do anything." I answered not even a quiver in my voice. He stopped and put his hand on my shoulder. Bending down and putting his face next to mine with a sly smirk spread across his face.
"Anything?" He says with amusement in his voice . I sat there stoned face before nodding. "Join me." He said walking back to the head of the table
"Join the death eaters?" I asked confused looking towards Mattheo who's sat on the right hand of his father along with Crystal.
"Yes join the greater cause and I'll spare your mother and little girl friend of yours what's her name?" He asked looking towards Draco. I prayed he wouldn't give it up but I knew he was to afraid.
"Luna LoveGood." Mattheo said when he saw Draco was avoiding answering. I shot him a death glare to which he flinched at.
"Ahhh thank you son at least I know I can't count on someone." The dark lord said proudly.
"Did you make that same promise to professor Snape?" I questioned . Everyone froze not another breath was released .
"Excuse me?" He said with a hint of anger in his voice.
"How can I trust you? I heard you made the same promise to do the same thing yet you were the one who killed her." I said with a hint of anger.
"And where did you hear this my boy?" He asked me. "Dorcas Meadows." I said confidently. He froze at the mention of her name.
"How do you know her name. Who told you these things." He shouted the death eaters flinched but I stood still sucking in a breath.
I have learned with Voldemort as I read in Dorcas Meadows journal is that it's better to not show fear when dealing with him. He sees it as a challenge but also as someone who's not afraid of death.
"I read it in her journal I found it at school in a room." I said honestly.
"Well I promise you I would do nothing to your precious Luna lovegood." He said with a taunting smile.
"Ok and your death eaters." I said standing up ready to shake his hand. "Promise me you and your death eaters will do nothing to harm my mother and Luna." I stated making my self clear so there is no tricks at play.
"Ha. You are smart my boy." He looks around the table "Everyone understand?" He ask around the table full of death eaters. "No one shall hurt his mother or Luna." He stated after me. They all shook their heads most likely in fear.
"Well then it is settled." I said holding out my hand. "Yes it is." He said shaking my hand firmly and shortly before grabbing my arm and putting his wand on my upper arm. A moment later after he whispered under his breath I felt an excruciating amount of pain then it appeared.
I groaned falling to the floor the pain becoming intolerable. The dark mark grew on my arm. I could feel it deep in the tissue underneath my skin.
"Welcome to the club." Draco said as he put his hand on my shoulder. I wiped the lonely tear from the corner of my eye.
"Hey you took it better than Draco." Mattheo said "I know he screamed and cried more than you did." Theo said "A lot more." Draco said admitting to it.
I would really do anything to keep Luna safe.
