Jimin drove away from the JK Enterprises building, his mind still reeling from the argument with Jungkook. He couldn't believe the audacity of that man, thinking he could control Jimin's life like that. As he stopped at a red light, he noticed a coffee shop on the corner and decided to pull in. He needed a break from the stress of the day.
As he sat down at a table, sipping his coffee, he noticed a familiar figure walking in. Jungkook. Of all the coffee shops in the city, he had to walk into this one. Jimin's eyes narrowed, his grip on the cup tightening.
Jungkook spotted him and smirked, strutting over to Jimin's table. "Well, well, well. Fancy running into you here, Jimin."
Jimin raised an eyebrow, his voice cold. "What do you want, Jungkook? Can't you see I'm trying to relax?"
Jungkook pulled out a chair and sat down, his eyes gleaming with amusement. "Oh, I'm not going anywhere until we settle this, Jimin. You see, I've been thinking... maybe we got off on the wrong foot."
Jimin snorted, his skepticism evident. "You think?"
Jungkook leaned back in his chair, his smile never wavering. "Hear me out, Jimin. I know I came on strong earlier, but it's only because I want what's best for this company. And I think we could make a great team, you and I."
Jimin raised an eyebrow, his voice laced with disbelief. "A team? You mean, like partners in crime?"
Jungkook chuckled, his eyes glinting with humor. "Well, maybe not exactly. But I think we could learn from each other, Jimin. You're passionate about your work, and I respect that. And I... well, I have my own strengths."
Jimin's eyes narrowed, his mind racing with possibilities. Could Jungkook be genuine? Or was this just another ploy to get what he wanted?
Jimin's eyes widened in shock as Jungkook pulled out a small box from his pocket and opened it, revealing a beautiful gold ring.
"You can't be serious," Jimin spat, his voice laced with disgust.
Jungkook's smile grew wider, his eyes glinting with determination. "I've never been more serious in my life, Jimin. We're getting married, whether you like it or not."
Jimin's mind reeled as Jungkook's assistants and lawyers rushed in, preparing the necessary documents and arrangements. He felt trapped, suffocated by the thought of spending the rest of his life with this arrogant, controlling man.
The ceremony was a cold, impersonal affair, with Jimin and Jungkook exchanging vows through gritted teeth. Their friends and family looked on, shocked and confused by the sudden union.
As they exchanged rings, Jimin felt a sense of despair wash over him. He was stuck in this loveless marriage, tied to a man he couldn't stand.
Jungkook's eyes gleamed with triumph as he gazed at Jimin, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "Till death do us part, husband."
Jimin's eyes flashed with anger, his voice barely audible. "I'll never love you, Jungkook. Never."
The reception was a tense, awkward affair, with Jimin and Jungkook barely speaking to each other. Their friends and family tried to make small talk, but the tension was palpable.
As the night drew to a close, Jimin felt a sense of dread wash over him. He was trapped in this marriage, stuck with a man who hated him just as much as he hated Jungkook.
