Chapter 3

I sighed as I stirred the pot with dinner in it. Rory was sitting at the counter, coloring me a picture. "DONE MOMMY!" Rory exclaimed. He hung it on the refridgerator proudly and sat back down. I smiled and congradulated him on his good job coloring a fire truck, when i got a message from Liam.

'AUDREEEEEYY. CALL ME.' I smiled and dialed his number.

"Hey Liam. It's been a while."

"yeah it has. How you two doing?" he asked

"Actually pretty good, huh Rory?" he nodded and i laughed a little.

"That's great Aud, you hear about the tour?" I knew he was calling for this. 

"Yes I did. You are trying to get me to go aren't you." I asked, somewhat annoyed. He knew I didn't want to see Niall again. Sure I missed him, but mostly because Rory looks just like him, and I see him everyday.

"Mhhmmmm, I can get you tickets!" He said cheerfully.

"No Liam. You know who is going to be there." I said quietly, looking at Rory. He was a spitting image of Niall. Everytime I looked at his bright blue eyes I thought back to when Niall and I were together.

"So?" He said.

"Liam, you know why. Rory and him are practically identical. I haven't seen Niall in 3 years and I'm not planning on it. If he saw Rory he wouldn't let him go."

"You know it's going to happen sooner or later.." And I dreaded that. Niall knew about the baby but never met him. I didn''t want them to meet. Niall wasn't good enough for Rory.

"Drop it please Liam. I'm making dinner. Talk to you sometime okay?" I hung up. Liam knows I don't want Rory around Niall. ugh.

I grabbed some plates and drooped pasta on them. I washed up and handed Rory his plate. I took a few bites when Rory said something to me.

"Mommy" Rory said.

"What's up bud?" I asked.

"How come Simba has a daddy and a mommy?" Dammit. 

"Everone has a mommy and daddy bud." I said staring at my dinner.

"Well then where's me daddy?" I winced when he said that. My baby knew that he had a daddy, but he couldn't see him.

"Your daddy isn't here right now sweetie, now eat your dinner."

"Can I ever meet my daddy?"

"Maybe Rory.." That broke my heart. Rory needed a dad. I can't let Niall around him because he would just break both our hearts. And I didn't have any time to date.

*FLASHBACK*

"What the hell Niall!" I said screaming at him. "Who the hell is that slut?" Tears were already streaming down my face.

"She's-he's not important Audrey." 

"The hell she isn't! You were just sucking face with her, IN OUR HOUSE." I slapped his chest and continued crying.

"Aud-" Niall started

"NO. Don't Audrey me. I never thought in a million years I would be that scummy or boring that you would go out and find some whore! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU." I threw my wedding ring at his chest, hard as I could.

Tears started forming in his eye. "I'm sorry babe, I-I just, wasn't thinking." He stepped towards me.

I stopped him. "Sorry isn't going to cut it, it isn't going to turn back time Niall. You cheated on me and we are engaged!" I was so furious. He stared crying and came towards me.

"Babe, I promise, I'll break it off with her." He said staring at me.

"It wasn't just a one time thing? This wasn't just a spur of the moment? YOU HAVE A RELATIONHSHIP WITH HER?!" I cried harder. He stepped to give me a hug.

"No. Don't. You are such a horrible person Niall. I can't believe you would do this to me, A WEEK AFTER YOU PROPOSED. I don't ever want to see you again. I don't want you near me, or our child." It slipped...and he noticed.

"His face lifeted and he looked directly at me. "Y-you're pregnant? We're having a baby?" His face brightened a little.

"No Niall, I'm having a baby."

"Audrey, I am so sorry, but I need to see my bab-"

"Fucking leave Niall. Leave."

I haven't seen him since that day, and I don't regret it.
