The End of Inception

The light blue water ripples upon a fragile touch of a leaf that dances and twirls while making its way down to the lake to finally come in contact with it. Its funny how the simplest and most commonplace things in nature can be so beautiful. I wish i could go back to a time when things were simple. When i didn't feel so burdened. Burdened by things such as duty and responsibility, all forcing me to grow up, to become something that i don't want to be. But just like in nature, everything beautiful must perish. Even the most beautiful of flowers must wither away and even the little leaf that falls from the tree. So i guess that if anything is a representation of me, it would have to be nature itself, in all its glory.

As I've come to experience, Nature has a dark side. For everyday, the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. To some, this is a representation of generations. Every generation has its golden era where it glistens and glows until its reckoning days occur and it must pass on the torch to another generation. To me, This is a  representation of me and my life because my time is ending,... my time as a child.  My time to be free of burdens is fading away by the day and i'm afraid of the outcome. Nature is calling my generation to step forward and accept our fate as the next to take on all of the world's problems. For now, i guess all i can do is enjoy freedom until my sun sets on me and a new imperfect one rises again.
