the teachers. I chose adult characters for this, as in ones that look older. however some of the canon adults I made students. i love this au so much.

Neuvillette is the principal of the school. Did you really think otherwise? He also runs detention and majority of the students are scared of him. His assistants are melusines (canon) but they're all super nice to anyone in the office.

Speaking of melusines, Sigewinne, Baizhu, and Qiqi all run the nurses office. they're all super nice to people who go in but if you go to the office just to skip class, like one unfortunate Oni, you get scolded pretty badly.

There is one person that the students are more terrified of than Neuvillette, and that is Arlecchino, the math teacher. She's strict, cold, unforgiving, and doesn't accept late work. She specializes in Honors Algebra and honors pre-calc. People who go into those classes are mourned by their friends and grieved. If you pay Hu Tao 30 bucks and are going into Arlecchino's class, she'll get you a binder that looks like a coffin, with your name engraved on it, that says "Death by Ms. Knave". Arlecchino doesn't find it very funny.

On the complete opposite side of the spectrum, Wriothelesy is the gym teacher and is pretty well liked by the students. Sure, he's a little rigorous and forces you to PRACTICE FOR THE PACER but if you get over 10 on the pacer, you get a free day in gym! He's also the coach for the basketball team, and surprisingly is very good at getting everyone hyped for a game.

The most interesting teacher is Zhongli, the history and geography teacher. He's pretty old but knows a lot, and makes his classes very interesting. Also, he plays super fun review games and lets people have their notes out during quizzes. His class is very boring, but he makes it more tolerable. He runs a little history club that isn't very popular but every time a new member comes in Zhongli is a little more happy.

Ningguang is the government and economics teacher, and she teaches little tricks along the way to get more money. However, many people are more interested in the gossip she shares. She's apart of the Qixing, a group of teachers, counselors, etc., that have all the know on the teacher drama. Every Tuesday, she ends class with "Troubled Tuesday", which is essentially just students gossiping to her about other students, but they can't name drop.

Ganyu, Keqing, and Xianyun are all English teachers, but Keqing is the only honors English teacher. Ganyu teaches English 1 and English 2, and Xianyun teaches English 3 and 4. They're pretty close knit and are always standing in the halls talking twenty minutes after the bell. Ganyu helps with student council, Keqing runs DnD club and coaches baseball. Xianyun runs the cooking club.

Ei is the non honors math teacher, but she mostly teaches geometry. Strict, but not as bad as Arlecchino. Her and Arlecchino also run the school's math team.

Jean and Diluc are head of the PTO. They're that one married couple that ask for clarification on everything announced and are currently advocating for better school lunches.

Lisa is the librarian. (of course)

Yelan is the school officer that patrols the halls. She catches everyone skipping class, stops you to make sure you have a pass, and is basically the one person you don't want to get caught by. Her and Arlecchino is besties, and if Yelan catches you in the halls without a pass, she escorts you back to your class and tells your teacher. If it's Ningguang or Arlecchino, you're actually screwed.

Clorinde is the other officer, and although she's just as scary as Yelan, she's a bit nicer. Also helps out with the students council.

Navia is the social worker and actually does help if you're panicking and stressed like she's just super nice and you can vent to her. Also if you complain about the staff, she will talk to them for you about lowering the strictness. Rumor has it she made Neuvillette cry once.

Beidou is the health and safety teacher and she's generally considered to be the most fun out of the teachers. You learn a lot, you even get to hear about her younger days. Many people also think that her and Ningguang have something going on. Beidou also coaches softball.

Yae Miko and Faruzan are the main two counselors who pick classes. Both are weird but they'll ensure you're in the right classes! Faruzan definitely wanted to be a teacher, however this school didn't offer what she specialized in.

Dehya is the band director, Candace is the choir director. They get all the funding and Dehya also has the students do marching band. Most choir kids join color guard, and Candace also leads that. Both teachers are pretty chill and nice, but during marching band season you know they are forcing you to shape up.

Nilou is the Art teacher and runs the dance club and cheerleaders. She's generally pretty fun and her art class is very easy since it's only basics. However if you are in her clubs... she's more strict and insistent on practicing aggressively.
