I got out of my daze as I stared at the salmon haired boy. His eyes twinkled a bit more than usual. He was wearing a orange suit that actually suited him quite nice. Though I'm sure everything would suit him.
I gave him a small smile "Hello Noi. You look good". I watched as his face started to tint red. Wow, that suit must be really hot.
"Er..t-thanks! You look beautiful.." He murmured avoiding eye contact. Wow, that suit must really be making him uncomfortable.
He sat down and we started conversing. It was fun. He's a really nice guy and I haven't really noticed how amazing he looks in the candlelight. I should go out with him more often.
The conversation started to take a turn when he suddenly spoke up "So..I wanted to ask.. Would you be interested in becoming my girlfriend..?". I froze as I looked at him dumbfounded. Now that I did not expect. What am I supposed to say. He fiddled with his glass.
"I'd love to be your girlfriend Noi" I replied softly.
Cheers were heard and I turned to see everyone looking at us. I blushed slightly from embarrassment. This was the start of our story together. Looking at him I realized I had finally found my other half, and I wasn't planning on letting him go.
