pitter, patter.
The loud noises of the pouring rain, crashing onto the glass windows. The commotion of the cars in the road, people walking by, talking, loud..It was all too loud. The blonde haired American boy, with alluring jade eyes, a doll-like face and a handsome appearance, stayed seated on the bed. A blanket over his shoulders as he pulled up into a corner. Watching the rain in utter silence, though silent, his breathing was loud. Ragged, to say the least. Shaky breaths with each drop of rain. His body trembling in what seemed to be fear.
pitter, patter.
A Japanese boy with brown hair and deep, enchanting brown eyes walked into the room, two ceramic mugs of coffee in his hand. Noticing the pale complexion on the blonde haired boy in front of him. The brown haired boy put the coffee mugs down on the side desk, gently sitting down on the edge of the bed.
"Ash.."
"Eiji."
The brown haired boy, Eiji, scooted over to the corner of the bed. His body, just inches away from Ash. A gentle, soothing hand touched Ash's tense shoulder, the blonde haired boy scooting closer to Eiji, his head falling onto the brown haired boy's chest. Eiji, was Ash's one and only joy, his happiness, his pride. The only one who could comfort him, make him feel as if he was a person. He was Ash, not some murderer, not some male prostitute..but just a person.
"Are you okay?"
"mhm..Just feelin' a little depressed..I don't like the rain."
Eiji sighed softly, his chest vibrating slightly with the sigh. The sounds of his heartbeat, was always like the medicine to Ash's anxiety or stress. He was the only one who could notice his pain, mend him and calm his fears. How could one not have fallen for such a boy? How could Ash not fall for Eiji? This kind, gentle brown haired boy was his everything.
"I've always thought living was pointless.."
"Don't say that."
Ash chuckled at Eiji's little scold, nuzzling his head closer to the brown haired boy's chest, strands of his blonde hair tickling Eiji.
"You're the only thing keeping me alive, Eiji. You're the only motivation I have..to keep on living..This world is truly cruel..but having you next to me, makes me forget all the pain. You're my cure.
Ash lifted himself up slightly, so his head moved from resting on Eiji's neck, to facing the brown haired boy. His larger hand moving to Eiji's cheek to tilt it slightly, a pair of lips landing on another. Eiji closed his eyes, leaning into the soft, tender kiss. It wasn't a rough, nor sloppy, nor messy kiss. It was more like a gentle, affectionate and loving peck.
"Please don't ever leave me."
"I never will, I promise..I'm always here for you, Ash."
Eiji smiled, his comforting smile soothing Ash in a matter of seconds. The blonde haired boy grinned as well, pushing Eiji to the bed as he fell on his back with a thud. Ash laid down as well, his arms wrapped around Eiji's waist, his head nuzzling against the brown haired boy's chest. Eiji chuckled softly, pulling the blanket over the two of them before moving his hand to hold the younger boy in his arms. The two of them laid there in silence, the only noise ever daring to intrude were their soft breaths and the crashing of the rain hitting the window. Maybe, rainy weather wasn't so bad...As long as Eiji was next to Ash, everything was fine.
